I personally haven't tried two days on two days off. It should still work, there is always clen in your system, even on the two days off so if you think about it,the receptors never really get a break even when the amount of clen is low. Two weeks on two weeks off sounds more logical to me, clen is used after about a wk and receptors get a break during the second week off. This is what I am currently doing as I found taking minimal ketotifen while remaining on clen does nothing for me.

I am starting my Clen cycle today.

Was planning to do the ketotifen thing for 6 weeks.

Has anyone else found that the ketotifen route doesn't work?

I have doubt now and am wondering if I should change to the 2 week on / 2 week off thing?

The point still remains allot of people cycle clen 2 days on and 2 days off... Allot of them who are professional athletes.

Many people might question some motives I have, but I can assure you allot of them will never get to the size I will. So all the theory that I hear over the years from so many sources still never allows them to achieve any of the results they talk about. Its like listening to personal trainers in a gym and they scrawny little rats...

The bottom line is do what works for you, people will question allot of things i do, but the truth is do what works for you. I love running EQ with out test, people will say never run a cycle with out test. There is so much bullshit, that I have to listen to on a daily basis its scary... The proof is in your own success and what works for you, that is why its so dangerous taking advice from somebody at face value.. do your own research as I can find any article to contradict anything anyone else ever says...

so back to clen, try it with the ketotifen try it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, try it 2 days on 2 days off... and make your own decision, and when you cut up like a beast and somebody asks you, answer with what works for you....

Yep, doing what works for you will always be the right way to go.

But getting advice from experienced users can help you make better choices, and save you learning the hard way.

Thats why we have these forums in the first place.

Yes the point of the matter is, people have got to stop giving out information that is false.

If you don't know the answer or you don't have the flip side of the coin don't answer.. as people are walking about learning lies.....

Sometimes there is no right answer. People give their views and opinions and if they are wrong then they are wrong. It is still up to the people asking the questions to do their own research and draw their own conclusions. If they are just taking advice and not being critical and they believe everything they hear then they are gullable and lazy and should not be taking gear or other substances.

What doses of Clen are you and your wife on? My wife has done 3 weeks continuously at 30mcg, 40mcg and 50mcg with 10ml Zetofen in the evening and has lost 0 kg. She does cardio from 05h00 to 06h00 from Mo to Fri and follows quite a clean diet. I would like to know how you got that results....

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

North boy.

Heh, my girl feels that she doesn't see a difference either, she is on 100mcg clen a day. She is 15% bodyfat... Her diet can't get any better than it is at the moment. We feel that she was getting better results with high doses of ephadrine.

I wish I could work this out...

Ahh, you see when you stuck at a specific level its difficult to move.

My girlfriend has been training very hard for over a year, and excercises 5 days a week, full body, mon / wed / fri, tuesday and thur cardio for an hour. so i think its just a platue that she is not achieving... maybe she is its just so marginal, I think measurements are the best way to know for sure... Northboy your wife could be subsuting muscle for bodyfat, thats why her weight has not moved.

No: Truth about Six packs Abs, downloaded the E-book and following the program.
HiT is as follows, this really works to get the heart rate pumping.

Walk on the treadmill 5 for 1min then enter 160, once u on 16 try to stay for 15sec then back to 5, do this for 15min, also walk on stairs with weights then immediately rung up and down with out weights catvh you breath then try again . Do this for 20min.

00pump,
My wife is in the high 20's bodyfat, maybe even 30%. Surely on Clen and 5 times a week cardio she wouldn't build enough muscle to substitute the amount of fat she is supposed to lose?

Lets put it this way, when my girl met me she was 25 % bodyfat.... and came in at hmmm, I believe 56kg's, she is now 15% bodyfat and is 55kg's. so drop in 10% bodyfat and 1 kgs down.

So if you replacing muscle it comes in allot heavier than fat.
