40mg/day

gents, do u think 40mg a day of winny(oral) in last 4 weeks of test e cycle,12 weeks, would be effective or should i up the dose?

id use 50mg

Please explain the purpose you wih to use the winnie for and clarify if you are running the winnie concurrently with the test or after the test.

The free up testosterone humbug is nonsense. Effects from SHBG at the end of a cycle are neglegable.
As for losing water and hardening up, although some folk see an added difference using the winnie concurrently with the test, 99% you probably wont. You harden up and drop water by reducing the effect of estrogen. On cycle exogenous testosterone and DHT will compete with the winnie for the aromatase and since the test is in much higher concentrations in the body good ol' Le Chatelier will tell you that the test will win. So taking the winnie with the test will not really work. However I have nothing against you using the short ester winnie after the test cycle (e.g. week 13-16) as the winnie will then bind the aromatase while the test is clearing and then after its left the body there will be no estrogen but you'll still have the anabolic stimulous from the winnie, which will help to cut you up nicely.

I have to agree I don't see this 'water loss' from winnie either, I do get a nice dense muscle when using it but I get that from many other drugs too....

i like suggesting guys use an oral such as winstrol in the lag period between last long ester test shot and pct. there is usually a 2 week window peroid where u can use short ester things such as test prop or winstrol,its just a bit of extra anabolics i guess,cos as soon as you finish your 2 weeks of winstrol the very next day u can start your pct... i dont do it to free up testosterone, i do it cos u can use it in those two weeks to harden up and drop some water after the test cycle..

hmmm, thats some good thinking... i'll try it on this cycle... least after that you start getting your natrual test back...

Is it only test prop and winnie or do you see other things working well too?

ummm any short esters in theory 00pump,tbol,winstrol,anavar,test prop,tren acetate,masteron proprionate u could even use anapolin.anything with a short half life...u cant use anything with an enathate ester with that cos as it will set u back another 2 weeks after that last jab before u can start pct(so that rules out masteron from pgw or even nomad)..i would say longest is 2day half life before u can start your pct. lets say if u use prop,the 2nd day after your last shot u start your pct as it will have left the body by that time...hope this clears that up for you 00"grandpa"pump

Yeah bro I'm well aware some guys use the short esters to keep an anabolic vibe after their last pin and harden up. That's why I gave the example for him to run it from week 13-16 while test clears his system. In his initial post he wanted to run it from week 10 which I think is pointless...

I knew a guy who consistently ran Dbol in the last few weeks while the test cleared and always claimed them to be the best few weeks of his cycle. Of course he wasn't using it to harden up though.

Oh yeah, and Andre, 60mg ED from last shot till PCT is fine. You could run it a little longer to harden up more if you don't suffer from joint trouble. Reason I say this is that while the test is clearing in those two weeks there is still estrogen in the system, and then if your using HCG in PCT you reintroduce more estrogen. So you never really see the full effect of the harden up that you might want.
