Oki,
Here is another topic commonly recommended on this forum that makes no sense. Something else I need more rationale for.

Why do people recommend cycling Clen and ECA, commonly at two weeks one then two weeks of the other. Both compounds downregulate the Beta-2 receptors although ephedrine does this more slowly. However after using clen the receptors are hit hard, and you need a reduction in stimulous. By taking ephedrine and increase norepinephrine release you are not removing the stimulous. Not only will the ephedrine be less effective because there are less adrenergic receptors expressed, but it will not allow the Beta-2's to upregulate properly because of the continued stimulous. So when you start the clen again the clen is far less effective and shuts down the receptors much quicker than previous usage.

This protocol just makes no sense in maximising the potential of clen. If you want to run the ECA for long thats fine but the moment you throw in the clen you need to take a break from stimulous.

Very true... I even make sure my girlfriend doesn't drink caffeine while on clen or after the 2 week cycle to make sure her receptors fully recvover as once again it targets the same receptor sites...

peace... good info...

There was a cough mixture you could get over the counter that would help with the regulation of your receptors. I can't remember the name, kudos to whoever can remember the name for me.

Ketotifen, but it's not a cough mixture

Adco Zetofen, it's a anti histamine for asthma sufferers

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

Bromocriptine will make the shakes worse not better. It's a dopamine agonist.
