My 1st Cycle

Hi everyone, I am new to this site and I am very impressed!

Just want to hear what you guys think about my Cycle of 12 weeks.

Week1: Deca 300 - 275mg + Dinos - 30mg
Week2: Deca 300 - 275mg + Dinos - 30mg
Week3: Deca 300 - 275mg + Dinos - 30mg
Week4: Deca 300 - 275mg + Dinos - 30mg
Week5: Deca 300 - 275mg + Winstrol 1ml * 2 a week.
Week6: Deca 300 - 275mg + Winstrol 1ml * 2 a week.
Week7: Deca 300 - 275mg + Winstrol 1ml * 2 a week.
Week8: Deca 300 - 275mg + Winstrol 1ml * 2 a week.
Week9: Deca 300 - 275mg + Winstrol 1ml * 2 a week.
Week10:Deca 300 - 275mg + Winstrol 1ml * 2 a week.
Week11:Deca 300 - 275mg + Winstrol 1ml * 2 a week.
Week12:Deca 300 - 275mg + Winstrol 1ml * 2 a week.

Currently I am 1.98 m long and weight 104 kg. I have a body fat of 14% + - but I am working
hard on my diet!!

I am not sure about the amounts of Deca right through yet,
so what do you guys think?!

ok u need to change your cycle completely, first of all u need to add testosterone into the cycle,500mg minimum a week, and your winstrol usage is not correct, winstrol needs to be injected every 2nd day such as monday wednesday friday sunday etc, but i suggest u only run it from week 10-14 (2 weeks after your last testosterone and deca shot) then start your pct in week 15...

Bud if its your first cycle why don't you have a look at the Sample Cycles, read up on all the products listed of the cycle you choose (You should find all the answers you need in the forums). And do that Post Cycle Therapy correctly! (And no, that doesnt mean wiping off the seat after riding).
