Safe cycle

looking for advice on a 6-8 week cycle that will promote lean gains of 4-6kg with as few side effects as possible. Preferably no acne and hairloss, as im a model and cant afford this in my line of work. Don't mind other internal side effects though (sounds stupid i know).

got enough OT to last that long, really not keen on using anavar again...used it before and it was pathetic...no gains at 100mg a day for 9 weeks.

advice will be much appreciatted

wat brand of var were you using? im using the LP Anavar 20 @ 100mg/pd and its amazing!

The only hair safe cycle is a Deca only cycle, HOWEVER (before the flame throwers come out) you will probably suffer from Erectile Dysfunction and feel tired; moody and depressed. Your HPTA will also be shut down hard. This is only temporary, but the hairloss would be permanent

Is it maybe Axio var? im on it now and im seeing no results whatsoever. Thank god i still have my human grade suppliers

stupidly i didnt record my first cycle's results, but i knw i went from 18% bf down to about 13% and picked up some lean mass...now im on my second course of var, clen, oral t-bol, and test prop 100 and so far so good. no sides. awesome gains so far. will keep you up to date.

Where do you guys get your bf% measured?

my gym, got somebody there that really does a good job.... find so many people give me false readings... and don't waste your time with any of those machines...

yeah ive got one of those bf%/weight machine things at my gym and its not really accurate. give false readings all the time!

you know what gets to me at times, when people measure your BMI and say you overweight, and you lift up your shirt and flex your stomach and you like oh ja?

bmi cannot be measured on bodybuilders... its a joke...

Discovery came to my work a few years ago and done a wellness day, the people that went got their BMI measured and the lady tells me I'm overweight at that stage I think I was almost at obese.
Told the lady she was mad.

BMI is load of shit.

Stevie hav you considered using a low dosage of Test with the anavar: Best mate is currently on a cycle as follows and he is ripping up and gaining. NOTE: (he has a very good diet).

test prop (PGW) - 100mg eod, 8 WEEKS
Anavar (LP)- 60mg ed, 10-12 WEEKS
Basic PCT 1 week after last Anavar

He also does modeling, cycling it for up to 12 weeks dropping the test at week 8.
combats test sides with very low dosages of letro in the .20 ED region and uses Finastride – 0.5mg ED
Nizoral 2% Shampoo – ED
And Topical Spiro 5% - 2x EOD to combat any chance of hairloss.

Can you ask him where he gets the 5% Spiro, i can only find the 2% ?

As far as i know he Got it from A hair loss clinic. One of those ones that deal with all the hair loss bells and whistles.
Never found the need to use it myself but as another otion to a dedicated clinic iam sure you could ask/negotiate about it at your local Doctor as it is only a schedule 3 drug.

whats thsi topical spiro please explain what the full name or active ingredient is cause my pharmacist has never heard of it

As i said before iam not the user but have discussed in depth with my mate and As far as i know trigger from certain steroids that causes baldness is due to DHT attaching to your hair follecules. what spiro does is block the DHT attaching, slowing down and even preventing hairloss with steroid use or male pattern baldness.

The name is Topical Spironolactone.

Please could you ask your mate which hair loss clinic it is, i've phoned a few and most of them have never heard of Topical Spiro ?

He said he got his fist tub from the "Melrose Asthetic Centre" but now just gets it from his GP.

That's strange caus its one of the most common hairloss treatments?? have u tried your GP??
