how many mcg is 10 drops.the bottle says 50ug,how many mcg is that?

1 DROP = 5mcg

single dose jst as i wake up jst before i take my orals and vits

I try not to take too many orals, fat burners, vitamins etc at the same time. I know sometimes its hard to space them out, but you have no clue how you are influencing the metabolism of one drug by adding another. The enzymes that metabolise these exogenous compounds are very non-specific and more than one will metabolise a given compound. By inhibiting enzyme A with compound B you affect the metabolism of compound C, possible positively of negatively.

I also try and space them out a bit, but it's difficult.
