FIRST CYCLE, WHICH TEST IS BETTER?

GOOD MORNING,

I HAVE BEEN DOING A LOT OF REASEARCH ON THIS AND A FEW OTHER WEBSITES, AND THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR POSTS ON SUPPS, CYCLES ETC IT REALLY HAS OPENED MY EYES.

I AM GETTING MY DIET IN CHECK AND IS GOING WELL NEED TO DROP 3-4%BF BEFORE I AM READY FOR MY FIRST CYCLE WHICH LOOKS LIKE IT WILL BE IN JANUARY, I WAS HOPEING TO DO ONE BEFORE END OF YEAR, BUT I REALISE I HAVE A LOT OF WORK AND RESEARCH TO DO.

MY QUESTION IS I READ THIS STICKY FROM "CEEJ" WHICH IS BELOW,THAT IS WHAT I THINK I WILL DO FOR MY FIRST CYCLE, GREAT ARTICLE FOR A NOOBIE, I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WOULD IT NOT BE BETTER TO USE SUST 250 AT 500MG PER WEEK THAN TEST ENTH?

This is an ideal first cycle for everyone:

(NOTE - W X-Y means start of week X to end of week Y)

W 1-10 Test Enth 200-300mg E3D
W 1-4 Dbol 10mg 3x/d
W 1-12 Applicable dose of Whichever AI you choose to use.
W 6-12 Proviron 25mg 2x/d
W 1-12 Tamoxifen 20mg/d if estrogenic symptoms start to show (just in case)


Post Cycle Therapy starts week 13

SERM PCT
W 13 Tamoxifen 20mg 2x/d or Clomid 50mg 2x/d
W 14-16 Tamoxifen 20mg/d or Clomid 25mg/d
W 13-14 HCG 1500mg of Pregnyl or equivalent E5D (three shots)

Hi Bud,
First timers or noobs should stay away from blends till they have a few cycles under their belt. Stick to the single ester tests i.e Enanthate or Cypionate. You can inject 2 x p/week, but once a week should be ok. 2 x p/week is better and promotes more consistent levels.
D-Bol is a little low, but you must judge for yourself and you could go 10mg up on the daily dose.

Since you running test alone, I would look at running proviron last 4 weeks only, 6 weeks is also an over kill there.
An AI is best kept on hand for in case only. Blocking estrogen to much will hamper gains and Tamoxifen ED will also do that.

PCT, 14 days after last shot :
W 13: 20mg p/day Kessar would be fine, 40mg is also an over kill. 100mg Clomid (single dose)
W 14: 20mg Kessar, 50 mg Clomid
W 15: 20mg Kessar
W 16: 20mg Kessar

HCG: (Just note, it's iU not mg)
Start W 8 @ 500iU 2 x p/week
W 11 - 12: 500iU 3 x p/week

I think the dbolworks out to 30mg per day so maybe up to 40mg per day?.
The tamoxifen should i use it right through to W1-W16 obviuosly in different doses.

40mg D - Bol is fine
Wouldn't use Kessar throughout the cycle. It's toxic.
Keep Letro or A - dex on hand in case gyno starts to show.
No, Clomid without a break in between.

SO RATHER HAVE LETRO ON HAND INSTEAD OF DOING KESSAR THROUGHOUT THE CYCLE.

on the HCG if i can only get PREGYNAL 1500iU how would i incorparate that? 1 shot E5D from W11-W13.

Ok so you're just gonna use HCG from week 8 - 10 @ 500IU 2 x p/week
Week 11 - 12 500IU 3 x p/week

You'll need 6000IU of HCG, I think Ovidrel is 6500IU, Try and source that or get more Pregnyl. You could try LP HCG it's 5000IU.

A friend of mine is looking at doing his 3 rd cycle but wants to use DECA also with cyp, what dosages should he do and how long should his cycle be?
Will this PCT work for him also?

PCT for 4 weeks.. not 2 weeks as you stated above.

HCG from week 8 - 12
Kessar from week 13 - 16

Just keep it on hand.

If you can get the LP Letrozole 15ml (Equal to 30x Femara 2.5mg tablets from Nova Labs) that would be good. One or two bottles should be enough. If you need to reverse gyno:

I haven't used mine yet (not prone to gyno) so I am not sure if one bottle is enough.

1 bottle prob is, thing is it takes so long to start doing its job... for me around 3/4 weeks, and that would be a bottle.... then again, each person handles this product differently...

If i get water retention during cycle can i start on one of these?

well letro is far stronger hands down.... but a-dex is easier to dose...

Arimidex in this cycle, but you can use Kessar as well.
Water retention is part of bulking, it will be go away after PCT.
Just eat clean and well, water should not be allot.

Am i right in saying that i should have the Arimidex, on hand incase of GYNO?
