What do you guys think of deca depo and anapolon? i want to get some real good gains and try and keep as muck as possible as far as pct i want to take clomihexal and pregnyl???

Ha Ha ok hardcore line-up, think you definately need to post some stats before anyone considers advising. (Bf %, age, weight, cycle & training experience. Etc)

"Good Quality Gains" went out the window the moment u mentioned anapolon. Pct wont help much in that regard.

but ja, as the moose said ur stats would help.

Well my weight is currently 75 bodyfat is quite high as i just came from a 2 mounth overseas trip-12% and age is 22.
My training is 1hour a day- 5days a week intence training and cardio 30min a day 5 days a week.
I have been training for 3 years and only started to get interest in getting huge 12 mounths ago haha

This would be my 4th cycle, my previous cycles was just d-bol (40mg pday for first 4 weeks) and cyp (500mg pweek) and the last one was sust (500mg pweek) and dbol (40mg a day for first 4weeks

what does your diet look like,like NB1 said what pct did u do for those cycles,also how long have u been off for and how long a break did u take inbetween cycles?

I usualy take 6 to 9 weeks break in between, when i take on my next cycle it will be 10 weeks since my last cycle. PCT i took pregnyl and clomid.
My diet basicaly looks like this:

breakfast

100g oats
1 serving whey
1 table spoon peanut butter

mid morning
220g chicken / tuna or extra lean mince/ steak cut all fat of before cooking and weigh it after cooking
200g sweet potatoe/ brown rice

lunch
220g meat same as mid
200g carbs sames as above

mid afternoon or 1 hour before workout
50g oats
1 serving whey

post work out mass shake

supper within an hour of training
220g meat
100g carbs
200g mixed veg

Time on + PCT = Time off

i know, i just want to get up to 85kg my carbs are dropping weekly though. my time on is about 10 weeks

You got some serious problems if you've done three cycles and weigh 75kg. I think you should do some serious research on diet and AAS before considering another one...

Hope this in a way puts into context how literally Fuc*ed up Anapolon is: You only take it if you are a Rhino, Desparate, cooked in the head or if you are a hardcore ninja squirrel. And iam not sure they would even advise it;)

The fact that you have also managed to squeeze 3 or however many cycle in scares me? YOU ARE 22? HOW??

Ha ha anyway not the correct Gear and not the correct idea, do some more research and some of us can help with a different aproach:

Ofcourse pump but what rounded source isnt?? It does however help portray what a serious and potent compound Anapolon is even when compared to other harh compounds like tren etc....
Just trying to scare him away from it, there is no point, gear is dangerous as is the least you can do is attempt to keep it safe and clean;)
