just finished a 4 week tbol only cycle. started out at 60mg per day for the 1st week...was very average, then bumped it up to 80mg for the next 3 weeks. went from 98kg to 103kg whilst ona diet and doin 60min of cardio 5 times per week...strength gains werent evident though. i wouldnt suggest goin lower than 80mg per day. got zero side effects and i mean zero....no acne no bloat no hiarloss nothing...all in all a solid 6.5 out of 10 for me.
