Guys, i know most of you have been in the game for years.
Up untill 3weeks ago i would have never guest that i would eventualy go down this road.

I've just had enough.
I've been doing everything according to the books (eating, training, resting) but still, if I take of my shirt no one would guess that i actualLy train 4 days a week!

My problem is this:
I'm absolutely terrified of steroids!
I'm so scared of all the nasty stuff that can happen (especialy acne, impotance, baldness, man-boobs)and i'm really not sure if I can gow through with this.
But i just know this is the only way that I'm going to get results>

It's ether this or i might as well just quit.

Attached you'll find a sample cycle that someone gave me. What do you guys think about this cycle. I'm really looking for a cycle that will minimize the risks.
I don't want to become huge (like in massive!), I just want to earn the gains i'm working for!

Don't you think this cycle is a bit to long?
How will you change about this cycle?
What will you add or what will you take away?
If i want to be in perfect shape by 1 December 2008, when will be the best time to start the cycle?


Please guys...i don't know anyone using roids so please help me!

Jvr you dont say how long you have been training I hope its not just 1 or 2 months as bodybuiling is a long term game with results taking years I'm afraid your genetics are a big factor as to whether you gain muscle easily or not but even so it doesent happen over-night so please keep this in perspective as if you do fall into the hard gainer group steroids might still not give you the results you want.(please send me your stats -hight,weight length of time training)Anyway let me help you with this cycle,first off I think at 17 weeks this cycle is a bit too long for a first cycle ,so let me give you a proposed cycle and I will explain afterwards

As you can see the 1st week has the Test-E front loaded to raise test levels in the blood quickly also instead of 1 shot per week there are 2 giving you more stable levels of the hormone in your blood decreasing the chance of side effects(levels of Test E drop off sharply after 4.5 days of taking the shot so injecting once a week causes huge peaks and troughs in test levels from week to week)You will see I added pregnyl in at 250iu's twice per week this is to help aid recovery when PCT starts with the Kessar at 20mg/Day(40mg of Kessar per day is a waste of money 20mg is optimal)also there is no Clomid here as I have shortened the cycle by 6 weeks and I think adding this drug would be overkill.Having a shorter cycle like this should optimise the Test E while running the Anavar from weeks 5-8(till 2Wks after the last Test E shot) will allow you to start your PCT straight away so you can start your recovery quicker which should help you hang on to most of your gains.I think this is a pretty safe first cycle(Anavar being one of the safest orals)and should yield some decent gains (I'm taking for granted your eating and training is 100%)I hope you understand what I have put down here-any questions please just ask

sorry, i probably should have mentioned this:
I've been training for 11months now.
weight: 82 kg's
length: 1,79


Diet:2690cal (33% / 43% / 20%)
Training: 4 times a week, 45min @100%
Not sure about fat % but a bit to high i reckon.(7weeks break from gym)



I've been doing alot of reading about "Boldenone Undecylenate (EQ)" over the weekend.
As i've mentioned before, i'm absolutely terrified of all the risks involved.
From what i've gathered "EQ" just seems so much "safer" plus apparently i'll keep most of my gains.
I'm getting the idea that with testosterone i might have lost most of my gains a few months down the road.
Plus it looks alot riskier than EQ.

What's your opinion about going on a EQ and Anavar cycle or i'm I just over paranoid about test.?
Have you got any example of an EQ-cycle?

When would be the best time to start if i still want to see most of my gains by december?

Well your not eating enough firstly- secondly how old are you, And 11 months is nothing. Eating like that you wont grow on gear either. How old are you?

I'm 27 years old.

I know 11 months is nothing...but the results I've achieved is less than most guys will get in 2months!

At the moment my daily carb/pro/fat intake: 225g / 290g / 61g.

Remember i'm not a pro. bodybuilder and will never be. My aim is to gain 8-10 kilos of muscle and my genes just don't allow it!

I know you're going to say: eat more!
Honestly, i can't... i'm allready force-feeding myself all the time!!!

Increase your vitamin in take. Just remember, optimal vitamin in take = healthy appetite. Get the foundation right and the rest will follow for sure. Rule of thumb would be a good multi vitamin, 1000mg Vit C p/d, EFA's, Zinc and Magnesium. You can also try a B12 and B-Co combo EOD for 2 months, nice eina shot in the bum. I have recently included CellFood Sport, 10 drops p/d for the first week and 20 drops p/d there after.

How many meals you eating p/d?
Maybe you trying to eat too much at once and if you have a real problem with the solid foods you can always use supps to get the required intake and they are allot easier to take.

Stay away from all appetite suppressants like caffeine etc

Try and do cardio in the morning and that will increase your RMR and give you a better appetite through the day. Your body has to be trained to want food at regular intervals so just persist.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.
