Ok, I hope that I have done enough research.

I am looking at starting my first cycle on Monday and it will be as follows:

Winstrol- 100mg every other day(Monday,Wednesday,Friday)
Methyltestosterene- 50mg daily.

Please advise?

No that doesn't look good.

What are your stats, diet and goals on this and what will the length of the cycle be? And is this a first cycle?

dont take muti before ur diet and training is right,second of all u need to learn that testosterone is king for your first cycle... u need to get your diet and training right before u consider the juice dude...

Please explain your reasoning building that cycle.
You obviously got your doses taking your weight etc into account so start there. Maybe we can help.

Body Fat: 18%
Workout: 1. Session, Legs,Glutes and Lower Back
2. Session, Chest ,Triceps, Shoulders
3. Session, Back ,Bicept,calves
I will rotate the 3 sessions for 5 days and go as heavy as possible with all the weights, putting in exersices on my Stomach, in between set rests.
My workout is explosive and max 1Hour.

My Diet: Breakfast: Fruit, Oats or Bran and a protien supplement,
snack : Another Protien shake or Health bar
Lunch : Patato,Chicken,Hake or Beef,Brocolli
Snack : Repeat snack 1
Dinner : Same as Lunch just another meat and veg.

If you can sugest a first cycle to follow for six to eight weeks, please do.
Reasons I decided to use the combination of Winstrol and Methyltestosterone:
Winstrol: is a cutting juice to help me have a ripped body since I do have quite a bit of fat to burn.
Methyltestosterone: for obvious reasons to keep my baby arm working.

From your other thread it sounded like you had only started working out recently, and only properly for the last couple of months. If this is the case you would be better off going natural and getting a solid years training under your belt.

For fat burning there is no wonder drug-it comes down to diet.

For your cycle, you can't run 2 alpha alkylated orals-you're going to put a lot of stress on your liver.
A good first time cycle is a single ester, or even a multi ester, testosterone, such as test E, or sustanon if you are going with the multi ester. 500mg/week for 10 weeks is a good cycle length.
But you can't go with oral only cycles-you have to pin. Orals are used as a short kicker to a long estered cycle. Almost all orals are 17 alpha alkylated which means they are liver toxic and shouldn't be run for longer than 4 weeks, 6 weeks max.

You also need to ensure that you have pct planned out. Nolva is a must at 40mg per day for 4 weeks, starting 2 weeks after last injection.
Many like to run HCG towards the end of the cycle, slightly overlapping into pct to ensure strong recovery post cycle.
You should also have anti E on hand in case of estrogen side effects from the testosterone.

Main thing is you diet. The most efficient diet imo for stripping fat while retaining muscle is keto. You need to cut your carbs to a minimum, focus on good fats and ensure your protein is 300-400g per day while on cycle.
Diet will make or break the cycle and if the diet is off, the cycle will not work.

I really want to start with my cycle although I have not been in the gym as long, can I reduce the doses or go for a lighter Anabol tab? Are there any negative effects when you start to early VS using when you have been gyming for a year or longer before you started?

I would leave the orals completely for a first cycle. Sustanon would be a good choice.

The reason for having a certain time frame under your belt, is that AAS don't give you the gains per se, they put your body into the perfect mode for growth. But you need to know your body well enough to know how to train and what diet to follow-to know what works for you naturally-before you hit the AAS. THey aren't magic.

And if things aren't kept strict you can end up worse off-if your diet is crap you will retain a shit load of water and gain a lot of bodyfat-you'll just ballon up.

I would recommend at least 8 months to a year of hard training and dieting before using.

But if you are going to use, testosterone only cycle would be your best. Either sustanon or test e for 10 weeks, with adex on hand in case of estrogen sides and nolva for post cycle, starting 2 weeks after last pin. This with a good diet you will see good gains. Leave the orals for when you need them.

Don't rush into this or you'll end up regretting it.

why are u wanting to use orals,learn to inject dude...600mg of testosterone for 10weeks... and winstrol doesnt burn fat unless your diet is right which yours isnt...
