Hi all,

I'm sure you're all getting so sick of this question but please can I ask you to bear with me as your help would be greatly appreciated?

I've been training on and off now for +- 7 years and have experimented with gear twice but with very little success.

I'm a 22 year old male, weigh +- 85kg, 1.74m in height and bodyfat is currently at +-20%.

I'm looking to add lean muscle mass whilst lowering bodyfat and so please can you help me with a cycle?

At 22 already done 2 cycles? Way too young my friend. With your natural test production, a good diet and training program you can gain a lot still. Your BF is also too high to go on cycle of AAS.
What did your two previous cycles consist of and what was your PCT?

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

Know you probably dont wanna hear his but forget the AAS for now.

I was pretty much same age as you are now just about 10cm taller and 7kg less when I started getting diet and training together. I went from a pudgy 78kg to a solid 89kg in my first year of doing the diet and training right together.

Just throwing it out there.... get your basics right first. Then think of AAS only once you can completely honestly say you cant perfect your training and diet any more to grow muscle.

Tnx for the reply guys! :)

I'm replying from my phone so please excuse grammar, spelling, etc.

At school I was extremely athletic and I can say in all honesty that I perfected my diet and training. I was consistent for 4 consecutive years but then reached a plateau. I was at 10% BF and couldn't reach my single digit goal no matter what I tried and that's when I tried Winstrol for the 1st time. No PCT by the way.

I then took a gap year and that's when shit hit the fan. When I got back, I got my lazy ass back into the gym and so far I've lost about 10kg and 10% BF. I didn't follow a strict fat loss diet though.

I'm dieting properly again and seeing good results but my muscles felt flat, so my mate organised me Superdrol. I took it for 4 weeks followed by Proviron for 2 weeks. I noticed a significant difference in strength and muscle density which was great but now I'm feeling flat again. That's why I know AAS work but I need proper information from the people that actually know what they're talking about for me to really prosper.

You should not be using steroids...PERIOD!!! You are way too young,your body can still grow very well naturally.Add a bit more HIT cardio to burn that extra fat.Show us what your diet looks like

You need to find some other motivation other than AAS. You cant always rely on them and if you aren't motivated without them then you dont have the true dedication to reach your goals. Yes they are a motivation but they cant be your only motivation and you cant rely just on AAS

ScarFace, are you taking any supp's at the moment? Maybe you need an energy booster to give you a great pump during your workouts that will make you feel much more confident and make you feel that you got an awesome workout. Are you taking creatine, and glutamine etc?

hi there beesting

im currently using whey & creatine

there r so many supplements out there claiming 2 turn u in2 the next mr o over night but i know its all bs

wot would u suggest

haha the lady has gone out with sum of her lady friends so im safe 4 now B)

breakfast consists of an oats, whey & peanut butter blend

lunch - 2 slices of low gi bread topped rocket & chicken breasts followed by an apple

dinner is usually sum sort of protein dish with a salad

i snack on nuts, dried fruit, biltong and i drink a whey shake directly after training

i train 5 x week

Hmmmm.... take what you're eating and times that by 3. You're muscle's have nothing to grow with. Also eat 5 times day. You're diet is your downfall at the moment.

shocking...

first off not enough protein at all,not enough clean carbs and minimal fats, u need to re adjust those macro nutrients to give your body the correct calories it needs and then u will see results with out the juice,just remember steroids are like nitrous in a car,if you have a 1.3l engine and u dont upgrade the engine body work and breaks and u put in nitrous u are gonna go every where really quickly but for a short while.thats your nutrition, engine = protein, body work & breaks = fats and petrol = carbohydrate. u need the correct amount of each in order to build muscle so once u have got all those in order and built as much sa u can naturally then look at adding in the juice...

3L of water with gym and creatine on top of it, your kidneys must be suffering. 2L is enough for someone who doesnt gym. You should be having at least 5 L, 2L extra because of the creatine and whatever amount you consume at gym too
