ScarFace, are you taking any supp's at the moment? Maybe you need an energy booster to give you a great pump during your workouts that will make you feel much more confident and make you feel that you got an awesome workout. Are you taking creatine, and glutamine etc?

From what you said up there your diet and training are most certainly not spot on.
Post for critique
And stop texting on the forum when you out with your lady! :smack-bum Dedicate your time to her when you take her out.

haha the lady has gone out with sum of her lady friends so im safe 4 now
breakfast consists of an oats, whey & peanut butter blend
lunch - 2 slices of low gi bread topped rocket & chicken breasts followed by an apple
dinner is usually sum sort of protein dish with a salad
i snack on nuts, dried fruit, biltong and i drink a whey shake directly after training
i train 5 x week
