ummm i dont know how u got to 4500calories with that bud. also why weight your whey protein but not your chicken? and also to much whey in one sitting... u will grow on 3500calories if u where to get your meal size and macro nutrient portioning correct.to get your 4500calories i would honestly expect to have seen about 200g of fats alone and there is no where near that in your diet dude..

Low GI bread... Insulin spike... It's not about how much jam you put on, its about total GI of the meal. Adding in Low GI bread and casein protein to post workout nutrition will only dampen the possible insulin spike. If you having bread, have white. Or add in simple sugars etc to your shake, or a raisins and dates. Also leave the casein post workout and stick to whey. This meal is important.

In addition I think you ave way to little carb for bulking. I would throw in more carb throughout the day. And space out the protein better dude. One sitting its 25g the next its 80g? Keep the meals consistent. There is also more space in the diet for fat if you choose.

You will start to notice the test now if you didn't frontload.

Hmm.. Takes me a little longer Jack.

Think I need to go back to the kitchen and throw out some more reps on the chopping board.

My mate George Foreman does most of the cooking. O ja - also my other 2 mates LG and Bosch!

Remember - i'm married therefore have to cook all my meals!
