Waiting for the big kick... was created by spike
Evenin all

Just wondering if anyone got some advice for me here

Going into week six of my cycle, using 350mg PGW equi per week (split mon and thurs), and 640mg PGW Supertest per week (same split).

Must say i havent felt a hell of alot yet, been waiting for that test to kick in. In hindsight i should have frontloaded with dbol but a bit late now...

And also desperate for the equi hunger sides

Been fighting life with the diet but trying to keep it goin right.

Also feeling like the damn flu caught up with me now and getting worried about my training, missed today as was feeling too low.

Surely the test should be kicking in by now? Havent felt much and weight has stayed the same, tho i have noticed a bit more shape and hardness and the gf thinks im getting bigger.
This is my second cycle, last was july on 500mg sust and 300 deca and i felt it then.

24 years old, bodyfat +-11%, 78kg, 1,78m, hard hard gainer

Um, but im scared of needles...

If the GF is noticing something then I think its kicking bro. But your strength and libido should be up as well. You may have unwittingly noticed more water with the Deca combo, as opposed to the EQ combo which is more steady and slow.

If your cals are up and you training to the max then scale should be increasing a kilo or so. Keep at it bro. If still not happening soon post again.

Sorry if I offend you

Goin to the doc today coz this cold thing seems to be goin to my chest a little, which means no training today again...
Will antibiotics have any negative effect on my cycle or growth?

How long is your cycle going to be?

The Dr wont prescribe antibiotics for a cold,if your mucus is clear and not yellow, then you dont have an infection,it means you have a slight cold and you dont need antibiotics. Also a flu is accompanied by a high fever and the yellow mucus in which case you will need antibiotics to get rid of the infection.

Antibiotics are a no-no for muscle gain,so if you do go on it then take it just until you feel better, dont complete the entire course of antibiotics.Rather rest and recover for a few days than to sacrifice your cycle with aggravated sickness,a few days rest wont kill your muscles.

You sure its not just test flu? Now is not really sick season, and if I get a reaction to foreign compounds (exogenous steroids) its usually around 4-6 weeks.

If however you really are sick you don't need antibiotics like Tiny said unless you have a serious bacterial infection (like Streptococcus pneumoninae) or a serious secondary infection resulting from a lowered immune system. Antibiotics will do nothing against viruses (the primary cause of flu or cold) and taking them withou infection will only serve to strengthen the resistant strains of bacteria we already have a major health problem combating.

As Tiny said, rest a few days (no gym). It wont kill your gains and you'll only be doing more damage by getting in the gym while sick.

leave the anti biotics, they fuck us up in more ways than imaginable bro.

Take 8000 mg Vit C per day until you doing better.

Then keep the Vit C level at 4500 mg per day...havent been ill for about 5 years now. I swear by Vit C bro...number 1 supp in my book.

U must complete the course otherwise if you dont recover then all you have done is built up resistance to that antibiotic and chances are it will never work for you again. Tb patients never finish their course and when they get sick again they wonder why the antibiotics dont work anymore

Big bump to Beesting-this is why we are sitting with super TB strains.

You can try Beriglobin to try boost you immune system-works well, but a bit pricey. There is a cheaper brand called Intragam that is SA, but am not so confident on the local screening and risk of HIV.

8,000mg of vit C-better stock up on some Pampers :)
But bump Vit C is good shit.

wow thanks for the input guys. Unfortunately mucous is yellow and there a bit of infection, but its all in my sinuses (they've always given me trouble), so fortunately hasnt gone to the chest.

Doc gave me a blitz azithromycin course of antibio, 3 days...

The whole start of the sinus thing is related to my allergies (which i suffer with incessantly) so in order to get me back to training asap the doc put me on cortisone (prednisone) tabs for a week.
Any ideas how badly this will affect my gains as its just a short treatment?

Thanks a mil

Might get some retention from cortisone, but I don't think it'll do much. Take a few days off training, dose yourself with vitamins esp vit c and get as much rest as possible and lots of sleep.
You'll be ready to go in a few days

I know its crap, esp when you're loaded with test, but take off for a few days, otherwise you won't fully recover and just prolong the illness-rather 4-5 days off, than not being 100% for the rest of the cycle.

Durban at the moment is definately the sick season...there are so many bugs going around at the moment because of this terrible weather we having. One week it rains and is cold then we have 36 degree heat for a couple days...its ridiculous! I recommend a multi vit called V2000 by Solgar. Its does me wonders!Plus add Vit C chewable tabs from GNLD on top of that...have not had any flu for a couple years now and I used to get it all the time.

Just keep your protein higher than usual and your amino acids aswell. I was on the same cortisone and lets just say I lost all my gains from my prop/dbol cycle due too the cortisone. At least with that version of corti water retention is very low.

V2000 on its own wont do shit if you are ill...I been using V2000 for many years now.

The only thing that will help is massive doses of Vit C...8000mgs will do the trick. I think too many of us run to the doc and get anti biotics, because thats what they believe with their limited "brain washing" thinking.

Dude, load up the Vit C, tons of water (8 liters a day) steam bath (use Olbas Oil to clear sinuses) and sleep...

When we are using AAS, we have to take a shit load more supps than the usual gym rat...

And your allergies are probably caused from dairy...stay away from that shit:)
