Yohimbe bro 400g for someone who is 71kgs is far to much,i would only suggest going for maximum 330g top end,with the added carbs and fats that would be more than enough,supercharged dude u need to get your diet sorted,u can use 10g of gear a week but if your diet is shite then u are gonna fail to put on any size.

330mg per week test seems a little low for a second cycle-a few older guys I know use 250mg per week for trt.
Diet definitely needs to be looked at though. And have an anti E on cycle-letro or adex-in case of gyno/estrogen sides

U mean hardstyle?
I suggest u get ur diet in order champ first b4 doing anything, once ur diet is in order and u have been doing it consistent for 3 months than play the gear card. But it wont hurt to ask questions surrounding gear and reading up on this forum to get the gist of things. But read up first than ask questions

UMMMM champ i was talking about protein at 330g,test i always suggest minimum 500mg a week for when on cycle...

You really need to learn how to use gear before you jump in start injecting yourself. You were a jackass and now its time to redeem yourself. READ READ READ and LEARN LEARN LEARN.Firstly my cycle consisted of
1st five weeks:
Deca (organon) at 1ml a wk
sust 250 (organon) 1ml a wk
Dbol (blue 10mg) 20mg every training day
last 5 wks
Test Cyp (nomad) - 2ml a wk
Equipose (nomad) - 2ml a wk
I picked up 3kgs in the first 3 wks alone. the nomad Dbol was excellent. i could feel results almost immediately both muscular and strength. The 1st 5 weeks were looking good up until i started the Test Cypionate and Equipose. I gained very little and at 1 stage i thought i was picking up fat.
supplments
I used O.N 100%whey (4scoops a day)
Animal pack (every training day)
O.N amino's
USN fast grow mass (for carbs) :laugh:

honestly speaking i dont believe i was eating clean. yes i pumped the protein and carbs, but my food was/still is very oily. i didnt really follow any particular diet. I had 2 egg whites for breakfast + toast and a scoop whey protein. At 11am i would have my mass gainer. At 1pm i would have lunch which primarily consisted of meat sandwitches with sauce. 3pm another scoop whey. 8pm i would have a scoop of whey protein (after training)and then supper (either rice or meat) with curry and my last scoop of whey before bedtime.
This is because your body was not being fed enough and as a result you were over training.Another point to note was that my body was constantly tired throughout the 10wk course.
There is no female hormones in Nolva. The depression you were getting was from low testosterone and is natural after a cycle. Running HCG during cycle and in PCT will help with recovery and shorter and lessen the impact of this time frame.PCT
I was instructed by a certain sum1 from the steroid community (not from any website)to run EITHER clomid or nolva for 30 days after my last shot. i ran Nolva and 2 weeks after my last shot I slipped into a manic depression. Some of you might remember this from Bodybuilder.co.za. it was madness felt like i was gona die. i was told to stop the Nolvadex because it contained the female hormone estrogen im assuming is the reason why i lost those gains???

well noted...doing a pct is going to be a bit tough. Many guys say clomid effects their mood and emotions alot more than nolvadex, so you gonna have to think carefully about this one.
Ive also heard Equi has potential to cause depresion like sides and paranoia, so maybe it wasnt nolva that messed you up. this is 1 of the reasons for other guys reading this should run just 1 injectable on the first cycle so it will be easier to figure out what has caused what side effects.
Dbols seem to make some people lethargic. Ive experienced this aswell a few times using dbol and sometimes not.

Im about half way through the Beginner Bulking Cycle and things are going very well. Considering that im sitting in the middle of nowhere in Asia i can't be too picky with my diet and so i shovel everything i can in. Don't be too hasty about jumping to cycles that "look" hardcore too you. You can do the Beginner Bulker and if done properly it WILL work for you. Listen to the advice given to you by the guys so far.
