Hey Hey!!! :)

I trust u all had a sweeet festive season!? ;)

Ok so im banging my biggest course yet, not so hardcore, but alot of gear - for me personally - but im doing well. B/F down to 14% now

Im still on my test prop and clen and reverject and added 2ml sus a week with some proviron. Been skipping the reverject and clen for bout a week - holidays got me a tad lazy lol

Now im back on point and ive started the clen and reverject again. My ass is gettin pinned too much though so im thinking of dropping the test prop and keepin the sus JUST cos I got my hands on some T3 which I plan on starting today ;)

Sooo ... im thinking ... add the T3 along with some OT/Tbol???

So Il be on the T3, clen and reverject with some sus and Tbol - with proviron ED

Of cos I know my PCT will have to be thorough and it will be no doubt.

Any advice guys?

How long is the cycle? If you're pinning prop you need to rotate sites-only pin the same muscle once per week.

like i told u on email bro,u cant substitute cardio and hard training for t3, use t3 as a tool once your cardio and training are no longer working for your fat loss...its like stubbing your toe and then getting a plaster cast put on and taking morphine for the pain...u cant tell me you can feel your fat loss slowing when u've halved your cardio and doing it eod...cardio on keto dieting is very easy,low intensity but it does get boring but u need to carry on with your cardio at 30mins a day every day untill the fat loss slows,then add 10mins untill fat loss slows again,once u hit 1 hour then look at fat burners etc to break the plateau... u've lost 6%bf bro keep at it,i will get u sub 10% in less than 10weeks i promise u...

Yohimbe ... im stretchin the cycle to bout 14/16 weeks but droppin prop and using just sus

Yeah DJ I guess u right. I picked up cardio last night and gona start going strong with it.

I think I was just looking fo the easy way out lol
