Cycle for a Friend

Hey guys

A friend at gym wants me to help him with his next cycle. His says his not gettin any gains anymore. The reason for this I think is cause his using the some stuff at the same dosages. This were his cycles

Week 1-8-10-12 Sust 250 1ml a week Organon (he had different cycle length}
Week 1-8-10-12 Deca 1ml a week Organon
Pct pregnal for 2 weeks

Not sure how many cycles his done but they all were to low dosed if u ask me. I know his done alot of stuff wrong, hence why i wanna help him out. So any suggestions. Oh yes his stats: 89kg and about 10-13% bf i quess. His got about six year training experience and knows about the basics off dieting.

I was thinking about a simple but stronger than his previous cycles cycle:

Week 1-4 dbol 50mg
Week 1-10 supertest 2ml a week split (PGW) 640mg
Week 1-10 deca 1ml a week (PGW) 350mg

I think this will be alot stronger than his prevoius cycles and will help him to grow. Any thoughts?

250mg test and 100mg deca wouldnt tickle most men,he could just do the super test at 640mg a week with a dbol front load and a winstrol end before pct and he should get some good gains off that..

IMO he should at least leave out either the dbol or the deca. Also 30mg of dbol would be more than enough if the deca is dropped.
He would probably do perfectly fine on just the Test alone at 640mg.

If he goes with the deca he would be better off using HCG as well as a SERM. If no Deca, a SERM PCT after 10 weeks of test should be OK

Dj, do you think it wise to run two orals like that on cycle?
reason I ask is coz this was my original plan but I decided against it thinking it would be too toxic?

but why wouldnt it,u are running dbol for the first 4 weeks then 4 weeks break for the liver to recover and then 4 weeks again...u are not running orals continuously for 12weeks...

thanx guys. Wil drop the deca and ad winny. Tell him to the injectable winny as he doesnt mind injecting that much. Less stres on the liver also

What works the goose doesn't always work for the other one.. Our livers all have varying degrees of strength and recover with varied efficacy.
