Hi guys,

This is not my first post, so many of you may know my stats by now. If not, let me update you. I was a pudgy 90kg at the beginning of last year, managed to get down to 82kg at about 13% bodyfat, but was not impressed with the way I looked. Elected to put on more size, and am now up to 98kg, obviously sacrificing a little bodyfat along the way. Am now around 17%, last I checked I was 19, but have upped the cardio and am seeing a difference, but am much fuller, more rounded, and vascular than I have ever been. Want to cut down now.

Am 19, and will admit, I have used a little prop, for around four weeks, and I have experimented with a little D-Bols, but admittedly I have not had the experience to play around with AAS. I do feel that I am ready now, however, I want to get my diet in check first and drop the bodyfat to around 11% before I decide to use anything.

This is where I would like to ask any of the senior members for some dieting advise. I have read up on the Keto diets, and think that something similar would be best for me, as my metabolism does not really agree with carbs-I am a natural mesomorph. Please guys, if no one is willing to help, would you at least point me to a site which I can visit, or a member in specific whom I can speak to to help me out? Further, I would like some advise on what I can take to try help keep what I have gained, as naturally, if I go low-calorie, I will be sacrificing some of it, and I have worked really hard for it.

If all else fails, I am willing to pay a senior member for their help diet-wise. Djeasye, your help specifically would be MUCH appreciated.

Thanks all.
Josh

P.S. The bodyfat measurements were done by myself with a set of calipers, did not trust those machines at VA, as they said I was at eleven percent at the beginning of this week. Needless to say, I am not so sure how accurate my measurements are!
