Hi ppl

Not sure what to use on first cycle - test enanthate or decca?

From what i read so far, the test enanthate has more side effects than decca.

advice pls???

Goals im 72kgs at the moment, i want to get up too 80kg at least.

Deca will shut you down in a couple of weeks even at a low dosage, which means 0 testosterone in your system. That can cause problems like low libido and temporary erectile dysfunction (floppy winky) :ohmy:

So a test cycle in your case will do you better.

Also only training for 1 and a half years is very short.

Well its a mixture of carbs and protein 4 x day and whey once a day.

Ok so you don't know how big portions or how many cals you getting in. I think you under eating first of all. Get yourself a proper diet first and stick to it. You need to eat about 3000 Cal a day to gain weight. Roughly 300g Protein, 300g Carbs and 65g Fat.

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

Champ the most important thing is the diet that is where everyone makes the mistake.

U need a proper diet first before even thinking of hittiing juice.

U can email Djeasye he is n expert on diets, he charges tho but its worth it.

I dunno what his email is someone help me out here with the email plz.

Once u have the diet in order and have beeen doing it for 4 months straight than come back here and ask advice.

Not being horrible or anything but thats the bottom line coz stone cold said so. :)

So easily done without steroids. YOu simply need to eat more. Force feed yourself!
