Hey guys! Okay so my buddy is looking to start his first cycle which is gana be pretty simple. Week 1-10 500mg cyp a week. Then front load week 1-4 with dbol at 40mg e.d. Now the question i have is, he wants to try keep a little water retention down so can he use Proviron for this if so how much e.d. And when should he start it? Then can he run Winstrol at the end of the cycle to harden up a bit? Pct will be Kessar and clomid is this sufficient and wat dosage should they be run at?Thanks

I found this real helpfull and this will probably be one of the best pct advice you'll get out there! IMO if you have the money do it right!

Just keep in mind your half life of cyp to start your pct on exactly the right time...oh and in my opinion ill run Var instead of winy at the end of the cycle, i.e. if he ends on the 10th week, try running var from the 8th week until your half-life from the cyp has ended and then start pct!

Dude Proviron is very expensive. You could easily do a few cycles of test with the money you would spend on running Proviron throughout the cycle.

You could run it at the end of the cycle which will harden you up but then you still need something to stop the test from aromatising during the beginning of cycle.
So the best and cheapest thing to do would be to run Letro from the start.

Also doing Doc's PCT for 500mg test seems like overkill. BUT thats just my opinion.

Var for 4 weeks will more than likely be a waist of your $$$. I would run the winny instead.

Didnt see he wants to run Dbols as well in the first few weeks. Choose 1 of the 2, Winny or Dbol not both.
These two orals are heavy on the liver.

If he uses proviron a good starting dose would be 50mg minimum.

If he wants to run Proviron, he can run it from week 6-10 @ 50mg min. But if hes gonna use Letro then I think it might be a waste.
