Hey i did a bit of homework and chatted to alot of so called guru's in the business but i would like to get some advice regarding my first cycle and please keep in mind that this is an all out lean/cutting cycle for my novice comp later this year thats why you'll see all the compounds are short estered etc!

STATS:
Age 20, Weight 75kg, Height 1.68, BF 9%

SUPPLEMENTS per month:
4kg Whey protein
Milk Thisle (for liver)
BCAAs
2 x tubs Ganic Insane
2 x multi vits per day
2 x EFAs per day (strong dose)
2 x 1000mg vita C per day

Im currently on an offseason diet for the next 4weeks and then 8weeks from show starting the on-season stuff!

OFF-SEASON:
I eat about 3g protein per kg bodyweight and about 5g carbs. During offseason i dont really care when or what combination of that i eat but i force feed most of my meals! NB: although i eat alot, this is still all clean food, no junk or salt(a bit on weekends) no souses (except tomato and lemon), and ya you get the picture.

ON-SEASON:
Basically the same food as off season just structured and worked out and during the ripping obviously dropping down carbs and all that!

Week 1-9
300mg testprop100
450mg masteron150 (50prop + 100enan)

Week 7-9
50mg Anavar per day
Lava from week 7 through pct

PCT:
3 x 1500iu shots pregnyl (5 days before last shot, on last shot & 5 days after)
Kessar from last pregnyl shot (40mg for 4days then 20mg for 7days)

Please help guys! I would like to know if this is as tightly sealed as it looks to me and how much gains etc can i expect from this cycle?

Id make the test prop 500mg. Sorry cant put more insight, maybe a lil later, kind of hard on the cell phone :)

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

Holy kak f&&k u 20yrs old, didnt see that. One thing i have learnt, read the entire post my bad.
Just keep the diet and train hard no need for juice champ keep it clean until u reach 23 - 25.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

thanx for the replies guys! Yeah i thought my age would be kind of a problem, but really, im a short guy and my whole family on both sides are short people so if its going to stun my growth...well ive made peace with that and have been this height for 3years now!

Further on, im not a gear user month after month, my plans are basicly to run this cycle (low doses as you can see) and then if i really have to, run another cycle after i turn 22 coz then im not under21 anymore and open category! I also made peace with it that im never going to make the 3digit weight category on the scale aswell so im taking it mildly! I want to use it...not abuse it...

Im sorry if i sound ignorant but im not being vain saying this: im really a super dedicated bodybuilder and eating clean and training balls to the floor and squating till i puke! and have been gyming/bodybuilding for 3years now and gained 18kg lean muscle! Following plans as if my life depends on it and training intelligently day after day...im turning 20 now and im already one of the strongest guys in the gym, weighing 75kg and deadlifting 170kg and fullsquat 160kg and all this naturally!

Ive just hit a plattau these last 6months and a little kick will defnitelly help! I dont know how i can assure you more, but bodybuilding IS my lifestyle year in and year out and there's nothing that i love more, and if you've been with my since the age of 13 and the path that i walked regarding being physical, you'll have no doubt in your mind aswell!

How bad will my age really effect this?

The other guys want whats best and at 20 you stil have natural potential, even if you say you have reached a "plateau". All you really needa do is change things up.

See where you are coming from though if you are serious, if you are going to run a cycle i would say jam a test prop only cycle at around 100mg every second day, for 10-12 weeks. Keep an anti-e on hand and follow the PCT you put down except drop the 1500iu pregnyl shots to 500iu. Dont use the VAR or even the masteron. If you are adimant on the gear keep it as simple as possible at your age.

PS: Rather dont bru, but if you have to, follow the above.

Your age is a major factor,i do feel that after 18 u have reached your genetic limit in regards to height and i don't see that u are going to grow taller at all,but thats because of your genetics and nothing else.the muti at a young age will cause problems bud.you might find your ligaments and joints are not developed enough to support any extra weight at the moment from what u have done naturally,maybe the reason u are not getting stronger is cos u are not eating enough or enough of the right things,also change your training style for a couple of months.i honestly think u should stay away for at least another two years,go as far as u can without it and then start looking into it,i started at your age but very stupidly and looking back now wish i hadn't started so early,first of all my shoulder and elbows have taken a damage from gaining to quickly and soon i'm going to have to take bigger doses before i see a better result.i say stay clean for a willf still bud then move on to gear,u can do alot more by changing things up.

Thanx so much for the replies and effort guys! I have a way better perspective now of things and chatted to some of the big guns here and they agree with you okes aswell!

ps-luckily i wont have such a big hole in the bank now...hmmm :huh: or on second thought gona "change things up" and get me the supps and up my diet a bit and especially now that my classes moved to part-time i can get alot more sleep in aswell...defnitely gona work!

BOOYAA B) feeling like a million dollars guys and gonna keep pushing till juicing!

Haha thanx bro, yeah thats me about 5months ago, was at 12%BF there, im just below 10% now, working hard for comps later this year! :) thanx again buddy
