Thanks for the responce and advice...
Ok here's my typical diet:
Meal 1 06:30am - 100g of raw oats mixed with milk 1tbs Peanut/Butter & EFA(essential Fatty Acids)
Meal 2 10:00am – 1 sandwich either egg or tuna.
Meal 3 13:00 – 1 med chicken breast, cup brown rice, cup of vegetables or 1 med sweet potato.
Meal 4 16:00 – 1 sandwich either egg or tuna- (this is pre workout)
Meal 5 18:00 Post workout – 100g oats raw mixed with Low Fat yogurt & milk – 1tbs peanut butter & EFA’s & 2 tsp Creatine
Meal 6 19:30/20:00 – piece of fish or meat or chicken breast – with brown rice and veg
Meal 7 22:00 before bed usually – a glass or so of LF yogurt with about 2 or 3 tbs of LF cottage cheese
I try and drink about 2 to 3 litres of water a day.
Sometimes I add whey powder in between the meals…(when i can afford Whey powder)
I know my BF is a bit high... but honestly i'm not overweight i kinda look skinny but i have a bit of a belly, and i do not have bigorexia...lol :laugh:

Nope, you should diet to lose mass. Lose like 8kgSo should i do a cutting cycle first, to reduce my bf levels?
