Advice on beginner Bulking Cycle + PCT?

Sup peeps?

I need some advice on my beginner bulking cycle please.

Age:26
1.76M
78kg – 20% bf
Male
On diet (please don’t ask me to post my diet)
Training for 2 years

Test Enant – 300mg every 5days for 12weeks
Anavar – 30mg ED in last 5weeks

PCT begins 16 days after last Test shot;
Clomid 50mg ED for 10days with a 5 day break then continues for another 10 days.
Kessar 40mg ED for 10days thereafter 20mg for the next 15days

Has anyone else tried this cycle with this pct?

I would like to add HCG/Pregnyl in this cycle. Should I add it in the 16 days before my PCT begins? (with my last Test shot)

Would Letro be a better option?

Run the VAR until one day before u start ur pct... so basically start the VAR in the 7th week and run it thru the end of the test until u get to the 15th day off the test and start the clomid for 5 days on 5 days off than 5 days on again.

I alwats say use pregnyl/HCG, rather be safe than sorry.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

Sorry bud, but at 20%BF u should post up your diet :)

You can start PCT from 12 days after last injection. But a couple of days wont be a train smash.
I wouldnt worry about clomid(me personally) and just do Nolva and HCG.

If you really feel the need to run Var, run it from 5 weeks before you start PCT up until you begin PCT.

Kessar 40mg for 2weeks then 20mg for 2 weeks.

BB_guy i think he is mixed up letro which is an A.I and pct protocal products.

Letro is used as an anti estrogen and for preventing water, if u r taking gear such as deca,dbol,anapolan which are big on the water side u would take letro.
If u suffer from gyno u wud take it as well.

Forget the letro unless 1) Holding to much water
2) suffer from gyno

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

If you can, hold out for a bit longer on the bulk cycle. A good idea would be to get your bodyfat levels down for many reasons.

dude u need to post up your diet,honestly thats the first thing u need to do,i would cut down to 12% before u start bulking cos at the end of the day your body is used to storing calories not using them to build muscle..

Hi guyz

Thanks for the responce and advice...

Ok here's my typical diet:

Meal 1 06:30am - 100g of raw oats mixed with milk 1tbs Peanut/Butter & EFA(essential Fatty Acids)
Meal 2 10:00am – 1 sandwich either egg or tuna.
Meal 3 13:00 – 1 med chicken breast, cup brown rice, cup of vegetables or 1 med sweet potato.
Meal 4 16:00 – 1 sandwich either egg or tuna- (this is pre workout)
Meal 5 18:00 Post workout – 100g oats raw mixed with Low Fat yogurt & milk – 1tbs peanut butter & EFA’s & 2 tsp Creatine
Meal 6 19:30/20:00 – piece of fish or meat or chicken breast – with brown rice and veg
Meal 7 22:00 before bed usually – a glass or so of LF yogurt with about 2 or 3 tbs of LF cottage cheese

I try and drink about 2 to 3 litres of water a day.

Sometimes I add whey powder in between the meals…(when i can afford Whey powder)

I know my BF is a bit high... but honestly i'm not overweight i kinda look skinny but i have a bit of a belly, and i do not have bigorexia...lol :laugh:

There is way too much dairy in your diet.You wont lower that bodyfat anytime soon with that food.Estrogen and Fatcells are like electricity and water,they make love as soon as they come into contact.So on a steroid cycle your estrogen levels will increase significantly along wit your testosterone.So drop your bodyfat to around 12% even if you think its no big deal,because it will be much harder to burn the extra fat you will pick up on cycle.

The reason u can't afford whey protein is because u are spending money on useless things like 1. Yoghurt,its pointless and expensive.2too much oats,3,bread is an expensive thing after a while,any milk adds to costs aswell,tuna is expensive and i find it ok every now and again but when a tin costs u r8 and u need two for a meal i'd rather use chicken and save a shed load,also R8 for 100g(drained weight) works out to be r80 a kg,u can get lean mince for half that and if u shop in the right places chicken for 1/3 of that. U need to get yourself more protein into your diet,u also need to go to www.basicsupplements.co.za or .com can't remember,they have whey for very cheap.and finally u need to email me to do a custom diet for u,u will see where u can shave lots of money off your grocery bill but note i charge for custom diets but will put u on the right track and show u where your pit falls are. I know i need about 3500cal a day, about 380grams protein a day aswell.

how do u think u are getting in your 380g od protein dude? through milk and yoghurt and egg/tuna sandwiches...u got it wrong bud... u getting in about 250g from what i can estimate...

yes they do but if u buy from clover u have a minimum order of 100kgs...where as the basic supplement guys/lsj sells the same stuff at pretty much the same price but smaller quantities..

Nope, you should diet to lose mass. Lose like 8kg
Then you should diet to gain mass. Gain like 15kg
Then you should consider doing the above cycle.

djeasye i can also get 20kg from CLover, i'll hook you up if you want... Personally i dont prefer that whey isolate, the concentrate is still ok for me though...

Inja - would it not make sense to do the bulking cycle and then concentrate on fat loss afterwards? and perhaps even do a cutting cycle to reduce my bf?(apologies if that is a dumb ques)

Its a lot harder than you think, its best to cut as much as possible first and then do a bulking cycle. If you bulk first and then cut, there is risk of losing a lot of your gains
