First Sust 250 Shot..............

Did my first shot this am in the glute went perfect n pain, swelling or anything....
his evening though ouch its starting to hurt, hopefully will be ok in the am.

Yeah, may be worse tomorrow, but you'll be fine. Just focus on keeping a steady hand when shooting.

Pain can get very bad for one or two days when your not an experienced user, but only worry if it becomes red, warm and inflammed.

Yes was a little shaky i must say, but found it easy the first time, feels better this morning, used 1.5inch needle 21 guauge , it went all the way in, am i correct in saying that thursdays shot will be in opposite Glute, then do the quads, or can i alternate Glutes Monday/thursday.

yes the next shot use the other glute, and you can use just the glutes monday thursday, make sure you massage the area afterwards for about 5min after injecting, keep the needle still and inject slowly.

Sus250 injection pain is normal because of the prop.It should take you about 30 seconds to inject 1ml,the slower you do it the better.Dont use 21g needles,they are too thick,go for 23g.The 23g causes less facia damage resulting in less pain.I hate using Organon Sus amps,they are kak to open,i cut my fingers to shit once,so i rather buy the vials.

I never get pain when injecting sus. The pain comes 1 or 2 days later only and it gets quite hectic

Thanks Tiny, But i cant find 23g 1.5 inch needles......i can only get 23g 1 inch or 21g 1.5inch.......What you recon..

You can use the 23g 1 inch for quad injections. 21g is fine for glutes.

Get yourself some Neurofen from the chemist,it helps alot with injection pain,but dont over do it.Ibuprofen is not good for muscle gain,just take it to reduce the pain and inflamation at the injection site.

Everyone.....You will be happy to know that i took 800mg Ibrufen last night and the pain has gone this am.
Thank you everyone for the advice, i will stick to 21g for now unless i find the 1.5inch 23g.......

Whats your thought on doing the following?
After the 10mls of SUST change to PGW TEST-E 300mg do you think this is a good idea or stick to the SUST for the whole cycle?

It would be better to stick with sus all the way,but if you have to swop over,only do the swop after week 6/7.Sus gives leaner harder gains,testE loads a bit more water retension.You should still grow nicely either way.

No problem with swapping over bro. Just using the sust as a kicker for the Testen. I usually just throw in a little extra testen with my last two sust shots to help make sure testen levels are up when I swap over.
