Rather get your hands on PGW super test 320, that way you actually het what you're paying for.

No man I am talking about the nomad shit 300 not the PGW Supertest. Have never gotten any pain from any PGW gear.

Tho i am starting the pgw prop shortly, surely that has a little sting to it?

Used PGW prop last year and had no pain at all, I was suprised that it had no sting to it because prop normaly hurts likt hell to.

Nope no pain at all..did it for 12 weeks.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha
