12 Week Cycle

Hi Guys,

Looking for some comments on my next cycle below.

Stats:
Age: 32
Height: 1.9metres (6 feet 3 inches)
Weight: 96kgs
Bodyfat: 10% (Accurately measured at Sports Science Institute)
This will be my 4th cycle in 4 years.

Weeks 1 - 3
Dianabol Tabs - Please reccommend dosage
Equipoise (PGW) - 350mg once per week
Supertest (PGW) - 320mg once per week
hCG - 500iu once per week.

Weeks 2 - 5
As above but no Dianabol

Weeks 6 - 12
Equipoise - 350mg per week
Supertest - 640mg per week
hCG - 500iu once per week.

Normal PCT of hCG, Clomid and Kessar following above.

Questions:
1.) Is above a good idea in general?
2.) Should I be adding in any Kessar, Letro during cycle?
3.) I suffered with some pretty bad acne on my lower back and shoulders towards the end and after my last cycle, is there a good way to avoid this? Kez Shampoo?

I wud do this -

week 1 to 4 > dbol @ 40mg a day for the first week than down to 30mg for the last 3 weeks.
week 1 to 12 > PGW supertest @ 640mg a week
week 1 to 12 > PGW equipoise @ 350mg a week
Run adex at .5 eod to be safe.

week 14 to 16 > prenyl 1st shot 1500iu 3 days later 1000iu than 3 days later 500iu eod until remainder of pregnyl.

week 16 to 18 > kesser 20mg everyday

Your acne on ur back is unfortunatly apart of AAS u can combat it with a antibiotic such as purbac, u have to get it prescribed by ur doc tho...i took during my cycle still grew..make sure u hit some milk thistle at the end of your cycle and PCT.

Looks good to me. Looking at something similir. If it was me i'd do the following:
1. Up EQ to 700
2. Run Test at 640mg throughout. Actually i would go 960mg.
3. EQ and Test inject twice a week.
4. swop out DBol for TBol at 80mg
5. extend cycle to 15 weeks.
6. Follow Doctaris PCT to the letter - works like a bomb.
7. What works well is to switch over to prop at the end of the cycle to normalize things. But that would take you to 19 weeks. Dont know i you will be comfortable with that either.

I had acne on a previous cycle. Last one i ran the 500iu Ovidrel throughout and got none at all. Dont know if this is the reason. And i ran much higher dosages of everything.

ok well jackrabbits might be a bit of overkill for you personally. In my opinion supertest should be 640mg per week throughout, and the equi would be worth upping to 1.5 ml per week, so 525mg (alot of stuff recommending a dose of 400mg up, so this is the easiest way to do it due to the 350mg/ml vial). 700mg will work of course but i know equi is expensive so in my opinion 525 is plenty.


Other option would be to extend the cycle to 15 weeks as you'll only be feeling the equi at the end there... Then you can get awat with 3 bottles supertest and two bottles equi split evenly over the time (640mg supertest and +- 460mg equi). I think that'll be more effective than 12 weeks

As for studies on EQ it shows no benefit over 600mg per week but a huge benefit from 400 to 600mg

yeah thats what i was thinking... so you think the 1.5ml per week (525mg) would be the most practical approach pump?

1.5mg is prob a bit more gear than 525mg due to the fact that if u actually draw out the solution you get less than 10mills and that is due to the cooling but that still makes it have 3.5grams of gear in a vial. so 1.5 should be just above that maybe 550mg or just above, thats my theory anyway. and yes thats a good dose.

figured... never been keen on 2ml of equi, too expensive for me, i use that stuff like gold

what you stack it with? masteron / anavar or winstrol and a bit of prop?

I stacked it the same as fedsdead above, with supertest, tho at better dose of test (640mg and 350mg equi). The test was perfect but the equi should have been raised to around 500mg. And the dbol frontload he has added in is essential, i wasted too many weeks waiting for kick in.

I also read the 600mg dose limit at steroid.com - but what the hell 700mg sounds good to me.

Spike - As for the Test - Well talk again when you get to my dose. BIG difference. I suppose it goes with added risk, i'll give you your dose as a starting point. i'm greedy and if i have an extra couple of vials in the stash i will steal from the next shot eventually ending up ordering more. :laugh:

00Pump - i just read that writeup on Superdrol - nice one.
Maybe that would be my choice for the frontload.

It is an amazing substance... I got great results on it... I think the confusion comes with sdrol as does that with anadrol *shrugs* its a mystery so lets leave it that way... over all its a great product.

Agreed Pump, sdrol is a good product.
