when to use kessar?

when should one start using kessar? during the cycle or in the pct? and what dose should it be? ive got mixed replys on this so far hope you guys can help me out on this one

I would use adex or letro during my cycle and use the kesser in my PCT..app kesser can be bad for u if you use it over long period of time...so i wud say stick to using it for ur PCT max 2 - 4 weeks.

use kessar during pct,letro and adex are aromatise inhibitors so it will stop the conversion of testosterone into estrogen and keep your high estrogen level sides away.kessar is a SERM so use it post cycle...but be careful using it with your deca cycle...can cause problems with 19nors and progesterone...

You can also use the Letro / Adex or any other AI during PCT. Kessar is toxic so thats why I wouldn't recomend it during the whole cycle, even through it does work... However its not a question it HAS to be run during PCT...

I always use tamoxifen in PCT. You can also use clomiphene if you prefer.

As for on cycle estrogen control all AI's and SERMs are toxic in the long run. Its up to you as to whats better for your goals. Certainly you will get better on cycle control of estrogen with an A.I.
