Winnie and prop

Hey, im busy running my contest prep cycle at the moment, 4 weeks out today. Last two weeks have been just PGW test prop 100mg EOD, and today i start OC Stanazol for the remaining 4 weeks. Just a quick q on doses... I have 150 tabs, 10mg each. Should i then run it at 40mg per day week 1, 50mg week 2, 60mg weeks 3 & 4?
What is a decent dose for this? Obviously using for cutting and hardening. And at two weeks out i will be stopping the test prop and starting proviron.

Also should the dose be split thru the day all taken all at once at a particular time? Never used any orals before so this is a first. Thanks guys

What was the suggestion out of curiosity? I would have gone with 50mg per day

Im also curious on the best time to take the winnie. Im doing 2 weeks winnie now before start of my pct. Do i take it in the morning with my other sups or before i hit the gym?

Guys, liaising over mail is great, but in this instance it takes away from what we try and accomplish with the forum and that's information sharing.

Pls post the responses so that the guys can see what advice was given and maybe use that in their protocols as well.
