Bulking advice was created by Perpetuous Dreamer
I want to (in about 6 months) do a major bulking cycle(my 3rd cycle)......I am currently 3 weeks into PCT at 82.3KG...My goal weight is 115 Kg with single digit bf...I know I cannot achieve this overnight or with one cycle....

I am asking to be could guided in the right direction ?

I know that 00pump added like 50kg in five years if my memory serves me right...but it sure did come with a cost(health etc.)so i want to learn from the mistakes he made.

You are really an inspiration ...seeing that you still continue to achieve your goals despite many setbacks...Most people would have just quit the sport

What should my cycle length be like?
What are the best compounds to use?
and anything else that will be helpful...

Thanks

Well it's simple come here for advice :) if i had stopped listening to bone heads in the gym taking huge doses of gear I would be here today at 130kgs without health issues..

Gear will only get you a small percent of the way I ate and I ate and I ate and I ate... The only way I put on the weight I did was with having no life. I never drank, never stayed up late, never missed a meal, I mean ever, where ever I went I went with my lunch box. I used allot of GH at that time, I don't believe that was the reason but it did help.

I never had a goal weight in mind, I just lived to grow... All my movements where big compound moves, squats, dead lifts, ez extensions, barbel curles, bent over rows.

I think the cycle is the smallest part of it, at that time I was using Deca + Sustanon, Test Cyp, hGH, dbol (during cycle), proviron. I would cycle none stop, hardly ever came off a cycle if I did it was just to slip into depression and start a few weeks later...

Had to go on anti depressants when I had suffered health risks as coming off gear was very hard for me and just went really down hill.

PS: I don't suggest staying on a cycle year round _ever_. DJ can give you a diet and work with you as the more mass you put on the more he alters it to suite your transformed body. PS: during that time I never took an AI _ever_ or even used Nolva during my cycles.. I was very bloated and swollen... I will never use Deca again, I think it was the biggest reason behind me and getting gyno, but the compounds listed above do work!

I like to keep everything on the forum as then everyone can add value, I can for certain say I don't have all the answers and Netro and DJ just helped suggestions I had from my current cycle and i've been doing this for 10 years. You can allways get great advice when you combine the info from each other.

Perpetouous i'm glad you dedicated and that will help you go a long way forward just remeber to keep that diciplin when you come off a cycle. Not many people are that dedicated to achieve a goal. I dropped down to 89 kgs around 2 years ago from being at 120+kgs. I am around 110kgs now and i'd say that was around 2 years of 100% dedication. I am a hard gainer, so when I stop gyming, I don't really have an apitite for food so I force myself to eat so when I stop training and stop eating I just become very small and my body just shrinks... my younger twin brothers are 24 and they weigh around 70kgs and they gym often and they eat well seeing they diabetic, well so as you can see I come from a family of people who are hard gainers. Their bodyfat is next to nothing very low single digits. So what i'm getting at is all the weight I have put back on has been hard work. Some people just look at food and put on weight.

I'll send you a mail to check what you want.

Sweet

i am already working with him on the dieting side of things... bro slowely slowely catch a monkey... at the end of the day if it takes u 10years to put on 20kgs of lean mass then its gonna take u 10years,rather take your time that way less chance of injuries...
