Test/Equi Lean Mass Cycle Advise was created by Small Town
Hi to all!!!, just recently joined this forum and this my first post!

Would really appreciate comment/advice/critique on my planned attached cycle (which I adapted somewhat from this site...)
I am 39, been trainig seriously in the gym for 5 years. 1.80m, 100kgs and around 12%BF. Goal is to gain lean muscle and shed more BF. This will be my 4th cycle.

Q:
a. Is the Oxandrolene an overkill?
b. Received advice to run Equi for 12 weeks, is this not too long? And do I need to run the Test for the full duration?
c. Do I start the Clenb and Lt3 at the right time?
d. Is the PCT sufficient?

Thanx in advance for your feedback.

OK - WHY CANT I ATTACH THE FILE?

equi is best run for 12 weeks and yes u will need to run the test the whole time at minimum 500mg a week. i wouldnt use clen and t3 is u are trying to put on size, its a cutting stack and used only pretty much pre comp for the last 6weeks. what does your diet look like cos thats the only thing thats gonna make u put on lean mass and cut body fat at the same time, its a difficult feat unless the diet is 100% correct...

Diet diet diet! That will be the deciding factor in whatever your goal is. You already linked with the man that can make that happen for you. Stick to the squirrel, he'll make you famous!

Good luck dude!

Keep us posted with progress. Im planning something more or less like that soon. Would like to see how this goes for you

PS; The diet does not look bad IMO

ummm yea the diet is a shocker... to much protein in each meal, the mass gainer shakes i would drop completely as they are full of sugars,if u are looking to gain decent muscle and loose bf, then ur carbs are placed wrong in your day, they should be breakfast, pre and post work out,u are not having enough healthy fats ad well like i said to much protein in each meal,if u want a custom diet plan i do create them for alot of guys on this forum but i do charge for them,u can email me on EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED

Why not just use sus? E+ Prop and you will inject less also considering the Equi.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.
