Hook yourself up a diet from dj and play with that for a while, say 2months you can cycle some clen or eca during that time get your fat% down and then go for a test based cutting cycle, a prop- winny cycle is pretty effective I dont rate var too highly because of cost vs effectiveness but if you wanna spend then a prop-var- masteron cycle will be effective aswel. Both ending with correct pct and clen;)
