My 1st cycle experience

Finished my PCT yesterday. Very concervative 1st cycle of 250mg test en/week for 12 weeks. Stats before: 74kg, bf 16% (my length 1.77m) During last week of cycle my stats: 82kg, bf 11%. Stats after PCT: 76kg, will check bf next week, presume its around 10%.

I did not change my diet or training regime after cycle. Im not worried about the kg's lost during PCT (although 6kg in 6 weeks seems allot). Im definately in the shape of my life. Cant weight for next cycle in September which would be a 15 weeker.

Thanks to everybody that helped with advice. I followed it and it paid off. I can seriously say now that diet plays the biggest part. Thanks to DJ for the help, ur a champ bro! Will press on your nr again with next cycle

Very nicely done... A true figure of the enhancements of gear, not 30 kgs and - 10 body fat. Dam people have no freakin idea about steroids.. I wish people would read this forum for 1 week before making a post.

Congrats bro, If your bf% is 10% then you've made around a 6kg lean muscle gain in 12 weeks which is definately not bad at all!

ABC01, would you mind please giving a small breakdown of the cycle you followed? Very interested in the pct you followed, also, did you use any hcg and/or letrozole/arimidex during your cycle to fight side effects

Unfortunately no before and after pics. Im really sorry that i did not take any, would have been nice for the scrap book.

For the 14 days after my last injection i took winstrol at 40mg/day. Then started 500IU hcg EOD for 2 weeks as well as nolvadex at 20mg/day for 4 weeks. Nice and simple. I took no arimidex or letrozole cause i did not find it necessary at that low dosages. In my next cycle if i decide to stack sunstances i will def consider it

Thanks for the info, did the winstrol help you harden up? Nolva and hcg is a nice and simple pct and looks like the backbone of any pct, what hcg did you use...ovidrel or pregnyl?

The winstrol def gave me a boost in strength and i seemed to have a more defined looked after the 2 weeks on winstrol. I used the liquid pharm (LP) hcg. Its well priced high quality and does the job
