Hi guys,
Last year I was conviced to wait but my ass is ictching badley...I have done research and have learned allot and yes I still know I am to young...

Age 21
Weight, when I started 3 years ago my weight was 54kg fully clothed, weight now is 78kg with just boxers on,,,.,
Height 1.72m and has been the same for 3 years now.
Low Body fat%, not gona geuse what it is, its just low.
Ectomorphic body type

I have a very busy lifestyle, I do my best with diet and always have a shake at hand just incase I don't make a meal.geting real tired of force feeding my self aswell.

I have been trying to bulk, stopped all cardio, eat junkfood and drink a shake with every meal, befoure bed, when I get up, I just end up in the toilet...

I remembered this fourum but lost all my login details and got a new e-mail,.,., Almost bought Nomad Labs shit, thanks to you guys I won't.

Please I don't want to go on a massive cycle!
I was thinking a 10 week cycle and yes with a pct.
Suppertest and deca (PGW)(weeks 1-10 wil be 1ml a week of supper... and 1ml deca) and for pct Hcg, and got some kessar from a friend,

I know test should be higher than deca but I am not looking for the biggest cycle, will go on big cycles later.

I left the firs time coz the guys where so rude and had no manners, i am not looking 4 shit so don't flame me, rather help me. only one who I respected here was DJ. Just be nice or dont post, go post somewhere else if youre an asshole.

Any advice will be appriciated.

Just out of curiosity what was your previous user-name?
Could you get your BF measured please? If it's below 12 then you can bulk up. Can you post your current diet so we can have a look and help in that area first before you start a cycle?

I still think you can get more out of a proper diet and training program before going to the dark side. 10-12 weeks is good for a first cycle. If you want to do a cycle do it properly, especially your first one.


Single ester test will be better for first cycle. Leave out the Deca till your next cycle. Gotta crawl first.
Test E or Cyp 500-600mg/week for 10-12 weeks. You can kickstart with D-Bol at 40mg/day for 3-4 weeks. Wait 2 weeks before starting PCT. Ideally you might want to run winny at 40mg/day from week 11 or 12 up until PCT.

PCT would be HCG at 500IU EOD for 3 weeks and Kessar at 20mg/day for 30 days. Add some clomid the first 7 days at 100mg/day if you can.

Yeah, if you are adamant on running your first cycle now, a little prematurely i'd say, then drop the deca. I agree with everything milk has told you. Single ester test at 500-600mg per week (2ml of most brands) alone, frontloaded with dbol. Keep it simple, always start with a single substance, namely test, so you can really see exactly how your body responds

Um, but im scared of needles...

any reason u stopped respecting me?

any way u are u gonna waste ur time on only 1ml of test a week,double that and u will be looking good..i suggest if u not looking for a bigger cycle then just use 2mls of test,good diet and drop the deca... plain and simple,320mg of test a week isnt gonna give the gains u are looking for..

you got me wrong, you where the only one I did respect Dj!

I will get clomid as well.
I really don't like orals, I see it in the way that I can inject a roid for the same money and get better results and less sides and save my liver?

Diet is as follows:
07;00 Big bowl of oats ( I struggle in the mornings)
10;00 Protien with carbs shake, mixed with milk
13;00 3 whole egs and 3 egg whites, fruit, then a choice of red meat, chicken or tuna.

15;00 Whole wheat bread with lots of peanut butter and honey.or sometimes a big bowl of pasta.

Training starts at 16;00 and leave the gym at 19;00, I have to Lock up some days, I train for about an hour and a half then drink another shake directley after( mixed with milk)

20;00 main meal.. mixed vegies, and choice out of the following: potatoes/rice/bread and red meat/chicken or fish. On wednesday's I stop at steers on the way back, buy 2 Chicken burgers with chips.

22;00 I eat some youghurt or Icecream, sandwiches.... just snacks.

23;00 i drink a large shake mixed with milk and sleep.

Sometimes my appitite is just gone, my stomach feels bloated and i Feel sick allot. specialy when doing legs.

My training consits out of the basics and I build around that,
Flat bench, squats, deadlifts and shoulder presses. I never skip one of these exircises. I do one bodypart per day.

Mondy: shoulders
Teus: Back
Wednes:Legs
Thurs :Chest
Friday: Biceps and Triceps

No cardio at all.Will get body fat % tonight

ok dude,the following will need to change in you diet.
milk,fruit,bread,honey,carbs at dinner.burger and chips,yoghurt and icecream and sandwiches...

your diet needs ALOT OF WORK and structure.. u need to really clean in up otherwise u will pack on more fat,also your protein content is not enough for the day thats for sure...

Now that I can get Hcg injection, I don't know when or even how much to inject, Planing to go on the cycle in two months.
Can i please get some advice on a decent PCT.

I want to keep as much as posible from my cycle, would rather make a bit less gains and keep more than make massive gains and lose allot? only want to do this cycle this year, then next year again.

Test E is fine. There are loads of threads on HCG mixing and injection on the forum. Just use the search function on the site. Doctari's PCT in the PCT section seems to be the gold standard of PCT's.

On your first cycle you will make your biggest gains. If diet, training and PCT is spot on you might lose about 10 - 15% strength and weight during/after PCT.

Thanx milktuds, I am honestley tired of geting diets, everyone has diffrent ideas, But I agree I need more protien, will look out for the pct. try and get a better diet... and make sure about my training.

So 10 week cycle of 600mg a week injecting on Sunday and Wednesday. Test E.

And figure out a new pct. Half life is 11days if I remember correctley, so I should start clomid on the 11th day after my last injection. then still just mix HCG in there, will research hcg first.

One questin, is it okay if I mix vit Bcomplex with the test in one injection and inject?

You do know DJ does custom diets that work pretty well. You can contact him via the contact us link on the top right corner of the page. I think Test E is 12 days if memory serves me right. Just check in the PCT section there is a sticky that MxT wrote that's informative.

Vit B is water based, Test E is oil based. You will get a nasty abscess if you do that.

okay thanx, will contacct dj shortley, so if its gona be 3 injections a week, right and left glutes and where for the B complex? my previos diet worked well, it was a high protien diet, only concern was that my brother got thyriod problems and blamed it on high protien diets, didnt blame the riods....
he also almost lost a kidney and that he blamed on orals.

I want to do it right so I will sort out everything befoure the cycle. and if I cant I wont waste my money.

I love this sport and have learned allot.

one more thing, emotional effects when on a cycle and getting of, should I get some anti-depresants just for incase?

Shoulder and quads are other options. Please make sure you are getting all your vits in as well. Vit C,E and Omega 3, Milk Thistle, Essentiale, Cranberry Extract and multivitamin etc

I get all the vits mentiond in except cranbery extract,

Shoulders and quads,,,, eina.
I am using milkthisle now in preporation for the cycle, will keep on using it,
also taking flax seed oil.

thanx for all the advice, appricaite it allot. thanx for being patient with my questions.

the bio oke from the gym is on leave so wil try and get someone else to check my body fat%.
