Hi Guys

Okay, i am currently on my 5th week of Equi + Test Cyp cycle.. but doint seem to be getting the gains i probably should.

This is my 3rd cycle.

I have switched over now to Equi + Super Test, and will be doing my first injection of that tomorrow. I front loaded with Turinabol, which did give me awesome strength, but then has evaporated since i stopped that.

I have been doing 2ml Equi and 2ml Test Cyp per week, split into 2 shots per week in the glute.

But the strength gains now have been minimal, and obviously size!!

My eating is on track (got a diet from DJ some time back) and i am training like a demon.

Can anyone pick up something that i am maybe doing wrong??

Yeah, i did hey.. my last cycle and PCT ended around mid november last year. It was a 6 week of Nandro Prop and Test Prop, hardly got any gains... but that was cause of my eating.

I'm on the same Equi and Cyp cycle and only started to see and feel gains from week 6. Stay with the cycle, the diet and train hard (you do weigh your food right?). I'm starting week 14 of 15 week cycle next week and I have gained close on 10kg lean with minimal water retention.

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

Cool man... thanks very much!

Will stick to it!
Have already got the SuperTest, and the Cyp is finished, so, will carry on with the Supertest.
I do weigh my food, but will be a little more strict from here on and get a few extra calories in every day!!!

Follow DJ's diet to the T and give him feedback on your progress on a weekly basis. An adjustment here and there does wonders. If your P,C and F ratio is kept in order you cannot go wrong.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

Ive also been using the same equi and cyp as you. Also only noticed any increases in strength and size from week 6. I was on HRT for 2 months before i started the cycle cos my natural test is screwed up so may have taken my body some time to adjust. gained a lean 5 kg so far so will see how it goes.

hey mr sa, hahaha its funny the cycle i am on now is the best results i ever got in the period of time.

this is my 3rd week and 4kg up body fat down by 1.5% and i am on a low dose of equi

Own eating plan, will get dj's plan next time. i wanted to prove something for myself to research and try this one on my own.

But cycle is actually hahaha quite a mix.
300mg test e p/w
250mg test c p/w
350mg equi p/w
250mg sust p/w
run for 10 weeks then 5 week cutter with prop and extending equi 5 weeks

frontload dbol 40mg 4 weeks.

i felt to bring in the sus to just get the quicker results while waiting for the test e and c and equi

And i love sus. but i felt a moerse difference by increasing the normal test cyp 500mg to the mix of 800mg

If you take all the tests it basically makes supertest hahahaha. just the sus has deca in.

You will feel different with the supertest.

Im just completing my 7th week Mr SA going onto 8th week. Running it for 12weeks. I guess you cant expect massive gains every cycle. Ive been using Letro at 0.2mg pd so im not really holding much water at all so prob woulda been heavier by now.

BTW im only using 500mg cyp and 290mg Equi so im not expecting miracles. Its not all about the weight, looking at photos from when i started cycle till now i can def see a difference.

I know my last cycle of cyp only and those BD pinkies by the second week in i was 8kg up but was holding alot of water. Sadly that cycle was cut short so ill never know the outcome.

Yeah, this is my 3rd cycle... and i am trying to find the cycle that REALLY works for me... but cant seem to!!!
Not discounting this cycle though... going to see how the results come along from this week, as its week 6 for me...

Yes, training to Failure! 4 sets for each muscle group... 12, 10, 8, 6 or fail.
I am pushing as hard as possible... i have a gym partner now, so, have someone to spot me at least!
I am sticking to the diet 90%, in all honesty.
Not drinking anymore... but i am still having the late nights with the Djing on Fri and Sat nights.
Getting about 7 hours a day.
I have started taking (with all the other supplements, vitamins and EFA's), Vitamin D, which is helping me alot with getting a good deep sleep.
DJ, do you think we could re-look at my eating plan?? POP you an email tonight??? Just to let you know where i am with my stats nowadays.

there is your problem, u should be doing 4 sets with the same weight u are doing 6 reps with,making sure u its heavy u fail on 6 reps each set

There are so so many theories out there.... its crazy to know what to actually do!! Will try that from here on... just pretty hard when training first thing in the morning... JHB is DAM cold already in the mornings!!! Muscles are still cold.

I agree with DJ on working heavier and dropping the reps. For the last 3 weeks ive been doing 4 sets of 8, 6, 4 and 2 reps with last set being a drop set and really making those last 2 sets heavy so i can work those muscles and its been very effective compared to the routine i started on of 4 x 8-10 reps. Tear and repair is what i say.

This may seem like a stupid question.. but would it be advisable to take a weeks break while on cycle?? It just feels like my body needs a weeks break, as my strength is nowhere!! Its been about 9 weeks since my last break. Currently on week 6 of my cycle... still 8 weeks to go.

Bud i would say just push yourself. is your diet on track remember you must keep that tank filled. I also felt the same but get your rest in over off days and night times if you can push through this hard part you will get back into the game in no time
