well we figured out what the problem was,someone wasnt following the plan i sent them ages ago more a bit of a self modified one that was 1.) to many whey meals a day(5total with 2 solid meals) 2.) calories where low and probably shut off the metabolism causing the stagnation of muscle gain. 3.) not enough rest.
