Hey peeps long time no read.
After some research and consideration i have decided on a cycle. The purpose will be to cut up nicely and drop as much bf as possible and maybe add a kilo or 3 of muscle.
Here's my proposed cycle.
Week 1 - 8 150mg test prop eod
Week 1 - 6 NPP 75mg eod
Week 1 - 6 Masteron 75mg eod
Pct
Week 9 clomid 100mg ed split
Week 10 - 12 20mg kessar ed
Week 10 - 12 aromasin 20md ed
Im planning also to do 500iu's of hcg every week threw my cycle. Not sure if i should do this from the start or mid way. Trying to follow doctaris pct. And another thing is it really nessecarry to do 1000iu's eod in pct for week 10 - 12?

dj what diet do u think will be best for my goals. Low carb, keto or carb cycling?ur cycle is a good one,ur diet will need to be 100% spot on for u to cut down and add mass at the same time.

hey 00pump. The thing is this will be my first time using a 19 nor, so i wanna play it safe. I dont wanna suffer with low libido after cycle for months. So running the hcg 500ius a week from start of cycle and then going one week into pct, should do the trick.footy54 wrote:

It is not necessary in my experience to use 1000iu every second day in PCT unles you are extremely shut down, (deca / tren, etc) your cycle is short and you will be using HCG through the cycle, maybe use HCG into PCT for the first week or around 4 shots / 500iu eod.

yeah i get what ur saying, but its not completely impossiblewell essentially u need enough proteins to repair and build extra muscle and u need enough energy from carbs and fats to fuel work outs but not to much that u cant loose body fat. u need carbs to grow so that rules out keto, carb cycling can work but dont expect to grow muscle when u are trying to cut...i always suggest doing 1 or the other...
