Hi guys,

I think to start of I would like to give you guys a brief history. I am 1.75m tall weight at about 89/90. Body fat at about sheesh 25 ish %.

After a long absence from training, I am finally back, and ready to start tearing up muscle. I have done one previous cycle(deca+sus) with no pct(hospitalized after a little run in with a car), which was also the reason for me to stop training.

For now i am focusing on getting the bf% down completely. Other than the diet(which will be 100%) could you guys recommend anything to speed up the fat loss?

Honestly dude, its all about diet with you... Getting that high bodyfat is as you know totally your own fault. It has nothing to do with genes and metabolism, etc. Sort your diet out contact DJ Squirrel Man aka, DJSM, aka diet guy, aka ... you get my drift. Doing cardio will speed up the process but diet is your number 1 focus, not fat burners, not anything else.

One ahead of you, I have already sent the DJ a mail, and will follow his diet RELIGIOUSLY. I know that its going to take some time, but you know what its like, we always want things to happen faster lol

pump should of made my self more clearer, diet once you have stop loosing after like a year in his case, then cardio and then fat burners once the cardio weight loss have slowed down. :)

It shouldnt take a year to loose my body fat. If my diet is 100% and I keep training the way I do, i should shed the fat fast.

all i can say is take the time, get the fat off completely,u will be happier when u are lean...put in the hard work from the start and then it becomes less dificult to keep the fat off when u are leaner and u aim to bulk up slowely...thats my opinion..rather get as low as possible, then add muscle slowely, then get lean by the quickest possible way and then jump to high into the calories trying to bulk up and get fat again...
