My 1st cycle, am I on the right track?

Hey all!!! My first post... great forum you guys got going here.

I started my first cycle two weeks ago. Am I on the right track here? I'll give all the background, all suggestions / crit etc welcome. Please look at the cycle and comment.

I've been training for about three and a half years now, serious for the past year.

On 01 May 2010 I was at 18%bf on 78kg (+- 1,74m)

I consulted with someone and he changed my diet to the following (what do you guys think?):

5 eggs whites, 2 yellows
Scoop whey protein
1 cup raw oats

200g Chick fillets
200g brown rice

200g Chick fillets
100g brown rice
100g veg

1 cant tuna
1 apple / slice pineapple

40g whey before training

40g whey after training

300g rump steak
200g brown rice

I have a whey protein shake with mac oil before bed as well, not in diet though.

6 Weeks later I was on 82kg at 16%bf.

On 21 June 2010 I started the following cycle:
Testaplex C200
Duraplex 100 (which ofcourse is a nandrolone phenylpropionate instead of nandrolone decanoate - what do you guys think???)
10mg Dbols, all from Axiolabs.

The cycle I'm on is as follows (comments???) It was given to me by the guy I am consulting with:

5 Weeks on -

400mg Test weekly
200mg "Deca" weekly
200mg Dbols weekly (for the full 5 weeks)

I would then go 1 week clean, then start two weeks on Nolvadex (got Kessar instead).

After the three weeks, the 5 week cycle above repeats.

After the 2nd 5 weeks on, it's again 3 weeks as above.

Then again a last 5 week cycle as above before starting with pregnyl and kessar / nolvadex as a PCT.

I'm using ZMA and Milk Thistle as well as Vit C supps.

I'm also currenlty on ECA's still.

Hi Bud,
Welcome, hope you enjoy your stay.
I will let the diet guys comment on the diet, I will go the cycle route.

Cycle looks interesting, but the PCT does not seem enough to get you back on track.
I understand the cycling with the 5 weeks, just think the PCT or mini PCT's could use a little work.

Maybe look at clomid and kessar as your mini PCT and then hit it hard at the end with clomid, aromasin and HCG.

If you using a short ester nandralone, would it not be better to stack with a short ester testosterone? You would have to administer the nandrolone EOD and then you can load the syringe with both as the propionate test would be the same injection protocol.

As a side note, last 5 weeks why not consider masteron instead of the nandrolone? Discuss with your consultant and see what he thinks. I personally think it would round this off nicely.

Let us know your thoughts.

Quite a nifty little cycle and strategy IMO.

I think this is a good cycle to try...
I just have to take a few months off the gear... sadly!!!! :-(

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

I suspected the PCT is a little undercooked, I guess you'd rather be safe than sorry when it comes to pct. I'm def going to use the clomid as well then. Also had a look at Doctari's PCT a while ago, thought about rather following a more extensive pct than the one suggested. I've got tons of respect for the guy helping me, he's a giant and a legend in this game if you ask me, but I reckon he's a little old school, and it shows in his pct strategy.

Regarding the short esther nandrolene and test, it's quite funny (not haha though). My guy had to leave in a hurry on a job the week before I got my stuff, and he organised through his best friend to get it for me. When I got it the friend just told me that he had only gotten the nandrolene, but that I shouldn't worry about it, "it would be just fine" as I'm injecting twice a week on the nandrolene. :unsure:

On changing the compounds, I'm seeing C again in two weeks time. He actually wants to change it up, I'm not sure what with. He did mention the names when we did the assessment but I couldn't catch them properly, will get more info this week, will let you know what he says.

I've now injected 5ml of each (test200 and nandrolene100) and am currently on 87.7kg. I started two weeks ago on 82kg's, so I guess the response is decent. I feel little / no increase in strength at this stage, but my recovery and endurance seems to have improved. I've also lost some of my sexdrive, which is odd, I thought it'd be the other way around (nuts still all there :laugh: ) I haven't done a bf asessment yet, but it feels good at this stage, doesn't seem like I'm collecting a lot of bf at this stage.

You can thank the nandrolone for loss of libido. Shorter ester will show sides quicker.

Netro, would you then suggest for the mini PCT (21 days between cycles) I do:

Day 1 - 7: 50mg Clomid 2 x per day
Day 8 - 21: 20mg Kessar per day

Or should I rather start the Kessar from day 1 as well?

well at 17% bf i would leave out the rice with the rump steak at night and have 30gramms of oats before training say 45min before.

And maybe add some glucose powder to ur post workout shake.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

Ur suggesting no post training meal at all??? (Other than the glucose powder u suggest with the whey shake). Use to do glucose powder post training, spoke to Marius Dohne about it, he doesn't suggest it at all, says it bloats. Guess what works for some doesn't work for all...

No im suggesting u have ur rump steak and leave out the carbs in this case rice as u dont need energy after gym u just need to feed ur muscles protein in order for them to repair and grow, carbs are there for energy u dont need energy at night time as u not moving around all that much ur body is just gonna store the carbs as fat as u dont need them. Id go for mixed veg with ur rump.

I dont believe that with the glucose powder thats why cyclists are the most bloated people in the world hey? hahahaha.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

Single dose clomid, 100mg p/day. Also look at supplementing with HCG. Another option is proviron as a bridge.
