How many weeks? Dude you wanna gain 20kg, if you want most of it to be muscle you should rephrase that to "how many years?"

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

I personally feel u should stay away from the juice for now, atleast a year or two. The reason i say this is u first want to naturally strengthen your tendons and muscles. If u jump on a course now the chance is very great that u will hurt urself.

Everybody wants to speed up the results but it does take time. I trained naturally for 2 years before a jump on the speeding rollacoaster . In that time i went from weighing 61kg with around 5% bf, "I was a skinny mofo" to 82kg with 16% bf. Granted i picked up fat but i also did pick up muscle. All this i did without proper diet knowledge and believing everything that was written on supplements.

Then i came across this forum and started learning and did i learn. One important thing that i did learn is that ones diet plays a big key and i've seen this now.

I would advise to get the diet sorted out. I PROMISE U, u wont be dissapointed. Build urself a nice base, get to know ur body, what foods work for u, what execises work for u and while u busy with all of this keep sticking around and read and learn.

By the time that u feel that ur ready and ur body is ready u will know. Then if u still wanna ride the speeding rollercoaster will be here to advise and help.

P.s. Im no diet guru. I get my diet sorted out for me by DJ aswell.

Good luck

Took me 3 and a half years to gain 20kg, naturally while keeping my bodyfat low, and lowering it to 10% recently, while keeping my 20kg's gained...

The point is that you can gain 20kg's in less than 3 years if you have the right diet, because mine sucked mostly.
Get your diet sorted and if you are commited it should take you no longer than 2 and a half years :)
Good luck bro

2 months.. a guy decides to lift a weight after his whole life he never wants to look after himself, then he wants to take juice 2 months after he started training.. you can get to 90kgs without juice... guaranteed.

3 years ago, I myself weighed 60kgs at 1.86m, pretty thin I know, but fastforward to today and I'm 87kg at 13% BF natural.
And its not like I had a great diet, I've only used whey in the last year and I trained on and off.
Moral of the story is give yourself time, a good diet and train as though your life depended on it

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

This is what works for me : HEAVY deadlifts very low reps with lots of singles at max weight , heavy bench press 5 sets x 5 reps and heavy squats 5 sets x 5 reps ( google 5x5 training). That is the core of my training and with that a good diet and I am sure you will put on lots of weight and build a good solid foundation to eventually go on the juice.

bud to be honest,2months is a very short time to be training and want to take juice,i would suggest u train properly with a proper diet for a year to 2 years first before considering muti,u can do alot with just the correct diet and training program as u are still new in the game... your body will respond very well to the max ot style of training.

your diet needs to be looked at,u need to start weighing out your food etc and making sure u know exactly where your calories are coming from daily.

bigsmalls dude....

I think some of the guys can relate to you and what you want to achieve, as most of us have been where you are, but you need to think of what you will do to your body, Yes Roids will help you grow, HOWEVER:

Your body in only 2 months is not ready for gear, specialy ur tendons and your ligaments. it take time

Do a bit of research, find out what workouts work for YOU not what you have heard from friends that have no experience.
what happens if you train for another 2 Month using gear only to find out gym is not for you? what then?

Give yourself time all good things come to those who wait...

My 2 cents dude...

Hi, I weighed 54Kg 3 years ago, 6% body fat, I trained for a year without diet and drinking .... gained 6kg, second year I started getting my diet in better shape and slowed down allot on bad habits, gained 10 kg, in my third year with diet sorted and training sorted i went up with 7 kg so far. i never understood why thy said i should wait before getting on juice, it wasn't what i wanted to hear to be honest. but now i understand and I am glad I waited, it was a long wait but worth it. Steroids are not a magical quick fix, its a long term commitment. I have done my research for a year and a half now and I still feel like I know nothing. I would sugest Max ot or just go straight into power lifting. sort you're diet out as well, its not as simple as it seems, know what time of day to eat what and make every meal count!

wana speed things up, Then beyond all else EAT and TRAIN and SLEEP!!
