Hello All,

This website forum is great. I need some help creating a cycle to help lose some weight and tone up. I will include as much info as possible, will be great if someone can give me some advice on what combination of juice/supps to take.

Goal: Lose Weight/Tone UP
Gym: 3+ times per week
Age: 26 yrs
Height: 5"8
Weight: 95kgs
BF: 18% (approx)
Diet: Changed (Have started with good, solid, health meals)

I have had experience with the followings products:
Trenbolone 150
Clenbuetrol
Test (300?)
Winstrol (injections)

I suffer slightly from gynacostimatia so I would also like to add a something to halt this from getting worse if there are any products that may cause this in the course advised.

I have a large framework (not a skinny chap) and know my way around the gym. I dont need comments such as "Gym properly" or "change your diet". I know that already and have started. I bench the 60kg dumbbells and can rep 10 of 140kgs easily. I am now concentrating on more cardio weights. Lower weight, higher reps. Please dont advise on gym routines! lol

I am looking for a course (not overly expensive) that would help cut the fat. I was thinking of buying some clen and tren but thought I would ask some advice to get the best out of this course? I dont mind trying new products. please let me know of quantity and which days to take the stuff.

It would be awesome if someone could suggest a course for me?

Hey bud

Whats the diet lookind like. What type off diet?

I think u can loose alot of that bf% fast with a keto then maybe add in clen/eca to the mix.

u dont really need aas to loose wait. Plus u ran the risk of adding more bf when running aas at that bf%

Here's my take on it. At 18% and only training 3 times a week gear is not going to do much to Tone UP. If you can bench 140kgs for reps you already have the muscle its just covered in fat. So.... Its all about the diet. Eat 6-8 healthy meals a day. Then once your eating is perfect, maybe take a bit of clen. OR you can train your ass off 5 times a week add some winny to the mix and have fun.

Thanks for the replies so far.

ABC123, you right, I have the muscle, just covered by fat! I say 3 times a week loosely as I also surf, run, and play many sports. Its just the extra bits i need to cut off.

The diet is helping, but i know the first time i took a combination of tren and clen i lost a lot of weight. I just want to know a course that would help me lose weight regardless of the diet, gym routines and all that.

Just need a course to mull over. How many "?" of "?" should i take?

:)

p.s. my girlfriend gave me a shot of winnie once. Landed me 3 days in hospital and i have a nice big scar on my ass as evidence.

p.s.s i should have rather just tattooed her name on my arm instead... haha

i would get that diet down and the bf% down before you start a cycle,just remember,u cant flex fat,also its better to be leanish before starting a cycle as to make sure u dont gain any additional fat during your cycle.

Yes I understand that. I do plan to get my bodyfat down before I start. I am looking too buy some stock now and my mate is buying some too.

I just need to know WHAT i should get and how much of it.

Just to lose weight. Anyone out there actually got any ideas of course and quantities that are successful?

What were ur previous cycles? Maybe we can help from there

Previously i took:

Tren (1 bottle)
Test (1 bottle)
Clen (50 tabs)

I took this over 6 weeks. This was a course recommended by a guy at our gym.

It definately worked, but was wondering if there if anything i can try. Surely i should have taken kessar and clomid or something like that?

Just trying to find different options here..

Tren First cycle yoh.

If u get the bf% down and u still wanna do a cutting cycle maybe look at a test prop and winny cycle.

And yes u should do a clomid and kessar pct. Did u do a pct with ur last cycle?

I am not that up on all the products available.

Still looking for just an example of what to take and how much to take of it including a pct.

example:

Week 1 - 6 Test prop 100mg - 150mg eod
Week 3 - 6 Winny 40mg ed
Week 7 clomid 50 ed
Week 8 - 10 Kessar 20mg ed

Thats the exact kind of reply i was looking for.

what do you mean by when you say "6" test prop? I know the 100mg is the quantity/strength (per mg). How mant days do i take the stuff apart?

Anyone else got any other ideas for a course?

I mean from week 1 till week 6 u should inject 100mg or 150mg every other day.

ed: every day.

OK perfect. so every 2 days or 3 days is good? excluding weekends. sounds good.

I thought tren was more associated with weight loss and test was more for building. amazing how guys at our gym just talk as though they know it all...

No if u use prop u need to have stable blood levels so u have to inject eod minimum. No skipping on weekends.

djsmooth555 first off welcome to the forum.

Bud you sound really really keen to get the gear and start. But please do us and most of all YOURSELF a favor and do more research. You need to get yourself educated read on this forum and google. In the end it is your body and the only one you have. Do it right and safe if you wanne juice. IMO

On the other side fakey's cycle is a good one i it was me i will add clen and NPP aswell. Then real nice cutter. Just remember to get your diet right as everyone suggested. Put a daily diet up meal for meal. If your diet is out the juice will not help you. Most of us learned the hard way so we try to help you that you dont waste money and stuff up your body.

Maybe something like this

Week 1-6 test prop 100mg EOD
Week 1-6 NPP 75mg EOD
Week 3-6 Winny tabs 40mg ED
Week 7-8 Hcg 500iu EOD
Week 9- Kessar 20mg ED (30tabs=30 days)

AI Letrozole can be used 0.25mg EOD for protection against estro sides, including gyno but with this cycle really doubt it will be necessary as prop will not aromatize like your heavy tests.

Rather put in your hcg as i doubt you used a decent pct from your last cycle and the would have stuffed your own production badly.
