Need help with my first cycle.

Thanks for all the info on this site, i think i have learned alot.

I have been lifting for about 18 months now, i am 1.75m tall, 80 kg in weight and have a bf% of about 12%.

This it what i plan to use:week 1-10= 1ml of testocyp 250 and 1 ml of test enanthate 300 one shot a week. All these products are PGW
week 1-4= 40mgs of d bol per day.
The dbol are OC Labs

Am i on the right track?

What should i use as my PCT?

And well first cycle test only cycle damn someone that actually went and did some research well done mate.

Cyp and enth are basically the same, but personally i like to mix them up like you are doing. Make it 2 shots a week. monday and thursday or sunday and wednesday, what works for you.

Just maybe look at a Ai for the estro sides arimidex will work well on 0.25mg EOD.

Should i take both tests twice a week and should i keep it at 1ml of both?

Nope what i meant was.

For example you can take the cyp on monday 1ml 250mg of test. then on thursday the ent 1ml 300mg of test that gives you a total of 550mg test that is more than enough for a first cycle. both are long estered compounds.

What i like to do is 1/2 ml of cyp that gives you 125mg with 1/2 ml of ent that gives you 150mg so you get a total of 275mg per shot. Its just a personal thing i like to do, even out the shots.

The cyp and enth will take at least 4 weeks until you feel it working because of the long ester, but thats why you have your dbol as frontload. Just remember dbol is toxic, so get your vitamins, liver protection and what i like to do flush the kidneys with some citrus soda.
