First is to check that your diet is up to scratch and maybe get that fat % to 12 or lower. Then maybe keep it simple with a test only cycle, longer ester, ethenate or cyp 500/week for 10 weeks. You could frontload with dbol @ 30-40 ED for 4 weeks, but thats gonna bloat you up some what, maybe tbol will be better but i speak under correction. Then very NB!!! proper PCT, check out Doctoris' pct.

Some more experienced users may be able chime in with some better suggestions. Lots of info on this forum so get reading.

Do research. No one will help u if u dont make an effort. Roids arent an easy way out. I think that just says it all.

P.S. "Gyming for ages" Ur 23, so ages is 4 years? :pinch:

1. Do not ask for prices of gear... as per the rules.
2. You need to choose if you want to lose fat or gain muscle... they dont go together, as much as USN products might tell you different.
3. You need to post your diet up... you can take as much gear as you like, but if you aren't eating right, you just throwing your bucks away.
4. What is your training program like??

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

I have tried to research but it seems to go completely over my head. Been gyming more like 5 or 6 years, ages for me. Diet is oats for breakfast, then gym, shake after gym. Lunch have 150g chicken and 100g rice. Shake for mid snack, dinner changes but normally with rice and a meat. And a shake again later for when im hungry. Gym monday to friday. Chest, biceps and tri, shoulders, legs, back. Do 5-6 exercises for each. 10-6 rep and four sets.

Hey bud

Get the diet sorted out. There is a resident diet guru on the forum, u can contact him at the contact us page. "he does charge tho but worth every penny"

Look at something like "MAX OT" training.

Get all that sorted and run that for a few months and see if u still need to cycle. Otherwise u can start cycling now but remember as soon as u go that route it will be harder to put on muscle naturally. First exhaust every option and then cycle, that's my advise.

Hey Fakey just wondered if you could elaborate on what you said that after you start pinning you'll find it harder to put on muscle naturally...would this be because of your natural testosterone levels dropping?

You will need to up ur eating habits to atleast 6 meals a day... u will need more protein in that diet.
Like ur meat, it is very important to the way of getting ur meal ready, in what do u grill ur meat? do NOT use sunflower oil, u need to cut back on oils and fats...

TO me, a shake is a meal replacer only WHEN NEEDED, times when u can't make a meal, and don't have the time...

the oats allone in the morning is not good, u need to bulk it up with a more fibred breakfast.
red and blue berries on rise cakes with a small cup of yogart is always a winner...

watchout for tomuch starch(rise,pasta,potatoes)..
it goes into the system, and lipase in your boddy converts it into fatty acids and glucerol, and when not used for energy it becomes FAT... and gastin phase in ur body will not be able to convert it back... so watch out for starch...

i disagree with u saying oats alone is not a good enough carb source for breakfast, there should be at least 40g of fiber in your diet daily,of which oats gives u 8g or so... and the part about cutting back on that fats is not a good idea,i feel a moderate fat and carb diet is far superior to a higher carb diet,at the end of the day when bulking u need calories,so if your calories come from just carbs your blood sugar is going to rise and fall constantly, rather have your carbs 3 times of the the day : Morning,Pre work out and post work out,the rest of the meals should be protein, fats and veggies... fats are excellent for energy,it doesnt make your blood sugar levels go up and down like a see saw and cos fats are slow digesting so u feel fuller for longer, also u will hold less water with a moderate fat and carb diet than u will on a high carb low fat diet....

Bud i just personally feel that as soon as u put aas in ur body to help u grow u kinda build expectations for u body, making it depended or looking forward at aas to grow. Whitch in my mind would then put a damper on ur natural growth speed and progress.

Yep i agree with Fakey. Once you've used AAS you'll seldom go back to natural. The truth is it IS easier to build muscle while on steroids, and one can become a bit reliant on them. I myself spend time between cycles MAINTAINING my physique and rely on my cycles to IMPROVE. This works for my body as i battle to add mass to my frame without steroids, of course cutting i can manage on my own.

Um, but im scared of needles...
