ive been on the forum for a while now but mostly to gather info regarding types of steroids and cycles out there.i feel i made a hash out of my first posts so id like to start over.this is going to be a long post so bare with me.
My name is logan and im a student in pta.i used to be a real porker back in primary school due to lack of sports etc.in high school my life and body changed dramatically when i discovered the joys and befefits of sport.in a year i went from the slowest prop on our rugby team,to fastest flank.in std 9 i started hitting the gym with a friend of mine and have been doing so ever since.i used to battle with confidence and working out was my drug to better this condition.i have to state that ive never been the guy with the 8 pack.ive always had the size but the definition wasnt there.
Ive recently changed my diet up a lot and i have to say,what an improvement.never again will i look at another 'check your diet' post with a squinted eye.
Im 23 years old and ive been working out for 6 years now.im 1.83m tall and weigh 92kg with 12percent body fat.as ive said in my first post,i have done dianabol once and i was extremely happy with the gains.
So now ill state my question with my diet info.ive been reading up and listening to few guys that have done the roids that i want to do.the only thing thats bothering me is inconsistancies in all the info.
Id like to go onto a cycle thatll be run for 10-12 weeks consisting of dianabol,sustanon and a cutting agent.was thinking masteron as ive seen high praise on the forum for the drug.here is my problem though-quantities!id like something to help with some good solid gains without screwing myself up.when i did the dianabol i had to contend with some serious ance.i had to go on acutane and as a result of this,id like to prevent further acne.
Im on 6 to 7 meals a day consisting of the following:
5:30-bowl of high fibre bran and 4 eggs
8:30-mass gain shake from biogen
11:30-skinless chicken breast with veggies and brown rice
14:00-whey shake
14:30-gym
15:15-15:30-whey shake
18:30-lean steak,chicken,fish with veggies,rice or potato
21:00-pure protien shake from usn
water intake is between 3-4l a day
what would you guys suggest as a good bigginer cycle with those 3 compounds aswell as a solid pct?id rather be over-cautious as im afraid of the side-effects.is there also something to take to prevent acne?
