howdy partners
ive been on the forum for a while now but mostly to gather info regarding types of steroids and cycles out there.i feel i made a hash out of my first posts so id like to start over.this is going to be a long post so bare with me.
My name is logan and im a student in pta.i used to be a real porker back in primary school due to lack of sports etc.in high school my life and body changed dramatically when i discovered the joys and befefits of sport.in a year i went from the slowest prop on our rugby team,to fastest flank.in std 9 i started hitting the gym with a friend of mine and have been doing so ever since.i used to battle with confidence and working out was my drug to better this condition.i have to state that ive never been the guy with the 8 pack.ive always had the size but the definition wasnt there.
Ive recently changed my diet up a lot and i have to say,what an improvement.never again will i look at another 'check your diet' post with a squinted eye.
Im 23 years old and ive been working out for 6 years now.im 1.83m tall and weigh 92kg with 12percent body fat.as ive said in my first post,i have done dianabol once and i was extremely happy with the gains.
So now ill state my question with my diet info.ive been reading up and listening to few guys that have done the roids that i want to do.the only thing thats bothering me is inconsistancies in all the info.
Id like to go onto a cycle thatll be run for 10-12 weeks consisting of dianabol,sustanon and a cutting agent.was thinking masteron as ive seen high praise on the forum for the drug.here is my problem though-quantities!id like something to help with some good solid gains without screwing myself up.when i did the dianabol i had to contend with some serious ance.i had to go on acutane and as a result of this,id like to prevent further acne.
Im on 6 to 7 meals a day consisting of the following:
5:30-bowl of high fibre bran and 4 eggs
8:30-mass gain shake from biogen
11:30-skinless chicken breast with veggies and brown rice
14:00-whey shake
14:30-gym
15:15-15:30-whey shake
18:30-lean steak,chicken,fish with veggies,rice or potato
21:00-pure protien shake from usn
water intake is between 3-4l a day
what would you guys suggest as a good bigginer cycle with those 3 compounds aswell as a solid pct?id rather be over-cautious as im afraid of the side-effects.is there also something to take to prevent acne?
Sorry for the long post but i thought it best to give as much info as possible

Hey bud,
Cycle aside, i think it will be good to get a little more specific with your diet. You need to start weighing your food if you are not doing so already. You seem to be heading in the right direction as far as what you are eating, you just need to get those quantities in check. One thing that i did notice was that after gym there is quite a large gap till your full meal. A whey shake is good but you need to get some solid fast absorbing carbs and protein into you as soon as possible. Aim for no more that a hour after training.

DJ is allot more clued up on the diet side of things and will be able to help you a great deal.

Thanx for the reply fox.
Ive been lost in that department for a while cause with the studies its not always easy to fit in a meal at that time.ill do some research and get to that asap!

No worries, read through the stickies in the diet section and download the nutrition planner. It helped me loads and its fully customizable. Can be a mission at first but once you get the hang of prepping your meals it gets easier.
You need to know what your current nutritional needs are sothat when you go on cycle you can get the full benifit of it and not hinder your progress by consuming too few calories.

As far as a cycle goes, keep it simple your first time round ....10 weeks test cyc/eth 500mg/week and frontload with dbol in the first 4 weeks 30-40mg ED. If you add to many initially you will not be able to tell how your body reacts to each of them and besides your body already knows what to do with testosterone you just giving some extra.

This is the way i am planning to go minus the dbol maybe.

thanx for the feedback sofar fox.id like to hear opinions from the other members aswell.id like to hear about a pct to be taken after the cycle aswell as any options regarding acne...

Hey bud

Ur standard first cycle would be a test only cycle, normally a long ester 1 for 10 - 12 weeks. Standard pct would be clomid and kessar. U can also run doc's pct protocol which is a more aggressive one but 100% full proof.

id like to know if any of you guys could perhaps give me some advice about acne.id really like it to stay away this time.also would it be a problem to run letro during the cycle to prevent other side effects?
