Hi

I need some good advise guys.

I have been training for approx 3 years. Thinking bout going on a cycle for quite some time now.
My goal is to drop body fat and increase lean muscle - Dont want to bulk (Well not until BodyFat is down).

I currently sitting 1.62cm tall, 72.5kg - approx 18%body fat, 28 years of age.
Want to go on just 1 cycle and as safe as possible. What do you guys suggest.

I have been speaking to a few gym friends and the guys have suggested a months supply of Winstrol. Also if I do go on the cycle(pills) - do I need to take a liver detox pill(milktystle)?

Please help guys

Welcome to the forum. First and most important - Is your diet in check? You will not lose fat with a cycle only. Fat loss = Diet+cardio. And forget about doing orals only. Pin and get it over with. You're a man and not afraid of needles. A good first time test cycle should do the trick with perhaps a 4 week 40mg per day Dbol frontload.

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

thanks man.

My diet seems to be okay and I have lost quite a bit of body fat so far.

Not afraid of needles. Just dont want to overdose. Want to be as safe as possible.

Won't the Dbol bulk me up?

Well first, dont rely on a cycle (esp. your first one) to loose the fat that you currently have. Try and get to about 12% before you do your cycle. Like North Boy said Diet + Cardio. This is a good time to learn how to control your weight by modifying your diet.

You could use some clen/eca to help drop the fat a little quicker with the correct diet.
Have a read through the diet section, some great info. And yes steer clear of orals only.

okay guys. Advise taken.

I have been reading - what is clen/eca?

Also what would be the best fat burner to take currently?

Heat(PNS) or SPS Myocuts or Hydroxy Cuts? or what else?

They are both extremley effective fat burners. Do a search there is plenty info of these. the clen you only use for two weeks at a time then allow 2 weeks for your receptors to sharpen up again. On your two off weeks use eca to keep up the fat burning.

eca targets the same receptor sites as clen, so it would be advised not to use it during your 2 week receptor recovery. If you decide to use eca stack only you can extend the course period.

Oh!!! Thanks for correcting me pump, you learn somthing new every day. But now i am confused, I have come accross this advice more than once on this forum ie. cycling clen and eca, unless i am terribly mistaken today. It is monday right??? :laugh:

From what i can remember they do compete for the same receptors but target them in a different way. If this is the case then you are correct and the receptors will not regnerate as rapidly if at all. Let me know if i am correct.

@djvip2000: Yohimbine can be used between clen weeks too... diff receptors.

u can use yohimbine constantly,its an alpha blocker,it doesnt down grade receptors at all so it stays potent the whole time...

You would cycle heat on the two weeks off of clen if you're using ketotifen. The heat is less potent than clen and therefore downregulates beta 2 receptors a lot slower so during the two weeks off of clen, together with keto, you receptors will recover to some extent

Ah ha the Keto, thats whats missing. Thanks for clarifying Sting. But using the yohimbine will still be better, leave the eca and let the beta 2's recover proper like. And as DJ pointed out.. full time Yohimbine, cycle clen 2weeks on 2 off.

Hi - A little more advise needed. First time going on CLEN Cycle - Tablets.
So I want to be as careful as possible.

From what I understand - Its 2 weeks ON - 2 Weeks OFF.

1. The 2 weeks ON - Does this include weekends (14 days straight or do I leave the weekends out)?

2. I am going to take the CLEN Tabs - I train in the mornings about 6am-6-15am. What time should I take - WEEK 1 - 1 tab when I get up and 1 tab before bed. WEEK 2 - 2 tab when I get up and 2 tab before Bed. Then off for 2 weeks and when back on - continue with 2 tabs in morning and 2 before bed.?

3. Is it fine to take not take any other fat burners when 2 weeks off or should I take a mild fat burner - like myocuts, phedra cuts or something>?

Just want to be safe.
