B) Im about to start the following cycle/stack (watever)...here's how its gonna work..
I've done the whole supplements thing, it worked when I was younger, then moved onto Dbol tabs, then got greedy - moved onto test e and equi, then did tren e and test e :woohoo: -- AWESOME stuff!! now i've heard about this test omna & proviron.... and wanted to give it a shot....

:dry: Now here's where I get worried!!

I did the same cycle from April 2010...except NO Proviron, and because of bad info - i started my Nolvodex 1 week b4 the end of my 10 week cycle...by wk 15 I had lost 5 of my 9 kg gains, by wk 20 I've lost ALL my gains, BUT maintained 80% of the strength.

:silly: My current stats:
age: 24
MALE
weight: 81kg
height: 1.78m
body fat: +-16%:S

daily diet calorie intake (avg) 3100
daily avg consumption 2800 - 3000

Bicep curl: 22kg x 8
Squat: 100kg x 10
Flat bench press: 100kg x 10
Incline bench: 80kg x 10

:woohoo: GOALS:
Get to 90kg, and cut down to a lean 85kg

Wanna bench 140kg, bicep curl 27kg, squat 160kg, shoulder press 65kg....and want a strong core.


CAN ANYONE please comment on this cycle, and give me feedback if it will do the trick?

AND if you have any gym workouts that will give best results during my initial bulking phase, and then others that will be beneficial.

over 10weeks
no pct


2nd cycle
enan test 20ml... ARL
tren e 10ml... ARL
dbol .. 50x10mg

pct - nolva - but messed up the timing,., took it too early


above is my third cycle

I cant understand how guys can only think of there cycles in terms of ml's... You need to find out the concentration of the product you're using and workout your cycle on the basis of mg's. 1ml of 100mg/ml test is a very different thing to 1ml of 300mg/ml....
For instance the proviron i assume is 3 tabs a day? But what strength proviron are they?
What strength is the omnatest?

Um, but im scared of needles...

When last did you get a blood test????? If you have not i would suggest getting one to check your levels before moving forward.

From what i've read omnatest is 250mg/ml from ARL
test cyp 100mg
test enan 100mg
test prop 50mg

What is with this Proviron craze? Yes - smack it onto the back! at 100mg/day WITH the rest of the stuff to dry you out but why makeout as if it is a cycle breaker?

test omna UNKNOWN mg/ml -- my mate hasnt said what yet..

here's my average day of eating... NB. I'm not taking any protein or supplements other than vitamin C tabs to keep flu-free...
TOTAL carbs 236.03 protein 252.39 cals 3287

BREAKFAST carbs 26.25 protein 16.67 cals 389
2 slices toast buttered
2 large eggs fried
1 mug coffee

LUNCH carbs 51.56 protein 139.01 cals 1288
2 large chicken breasts
2 mugs green tea
4 pieces of buttered bread on the side (im over potatoes or rice)

DINNER carbs 145.6 protein 82.08 cals 1368
1 cup chopped carrots
4 cups pasta with beef mince sauce

I was thinking of going on USN's HYPERBOLIC 1000cal per serving protein powder during my initial bulking phase for ten days... then switchin purely to 100% whey 150g per day servings....


one last thing... is there anything that can help with the night sweats... and insomnia?

stay away from bread and butter. Ur not getting enough fat in ur diet and i dnt mean fat as in butter or saturared fat. Replace the bread with wholegrains like oats, sweet potato, brown rice etc. Healthy fats like omega's, peanut butter, oily fish.

K first, your diet needs work. With that amount of carbs and protein you are only reaching around 1950 cals. Where are the rest of those cals comming from? Second you need to double the amount of meals you are eating to give you a steady flow of nutrients throughout the day and not have the wildly fluctuating insulin levels. This helps with building the muscle and keeping the fat under check, and i am talking solid food meals here as far as possible. Only use shakes as a backup. Breakfast seems your smallest meal of the day, you need a good kickstart to the day, you have been fasting all night. Third, forget USN......

I would advise you to do some serious reading up on diet and get that sorted befor doing anything. Get hold of DJ, he will help out. Remember your diet is your results, without it nothing else matters, just a waste of time.

Proviron 3 tabs a week? You might as well just crush that and smoke it as its not gonna do anything.... 3 a day is more like a normal dose. You can get away with one a day (we're talking the 25mg tabs here)
Rather just use the proviron in the last few weeks here at a real dose.

As for the omna, find out your mg/ml as thats what you need to start basing your cycle plans on

2 large chicken breasts = 139g of protein? ummmm no! more like 50-60g max dude. i think you need to get a scale,measure and weight out everything,also buttered bread? no dude,thats never gonna work.....stick to carbs like oats,potato,sweet potato,rice,brown rice,rice cakes even,whole wheat pasta... i would throw that bread out the window!you cant say to us that 1 chicken large chicken breast is 60g of protein,cos is the breast the size of a pigeon breast or the size of a turkey breast,all that makes a difference!get a scale,weight it out.
