small cutting cycle after 2 years off

Hi Guys (esp DJ) i would just like some advice please

i've been of gym for about 2 years now because of my ack
the doc finaly cleared me to train again
i started and everything is going well
i'm using the diet and training Dj did for me a while ago
now i just want to do a small cutting cycle
was thinking CYX3 and anavar 20
so now the question ?
how much and how long
i would like to keep this a short cycle maby 6 weeks

look can i be honest? rather use those compounds on their own,i dont like those cyx3 things at all,i like to taper up the t3 like this.
week 1 : 50mcg
week 2 : 75mcg
week 3 : 100mcg
week 4 : 100mcg
week 5 : 50mcg + 3000mg l-tyrosine and 3000mg kelp
week 6 : 25mcg + 3000mg l-tyrosine and 3000mg kelp
week 7 : + 3000mg l-tyrosine and 3000mg kelp
week 8 : + 3000mg l-tyrosine and 3000mg kelp

then use the yohimbe through all 8 weeks,then alternate between clen and heat every 2 weeks,after 2 weeks on fat burners take betasleep 1 cap everyday before bed for a week. repeat after another 2 weeks.

keep the cardio to 20mins daily for the first 2 weeks, add 5 mins to each session every week.

sorry forgot to add : i would take anavar or oral turanabol at 60mg daily for the 6 week cycle,add in 20mg of kessar daily or 0.5mg a-dex EOD to keep estrogen low and fat should just fall off

Dj if i already have the CYX3
can I do the following
Week 1 - 1 tabs
Week 2 - 2 tabs
Week 3 - 3 tabs
Week 4 - 3 tabs
Week 5 - 2 tabs
Week 6 - 1 tabs
and the anavar 60mg daily

should i start the kessar from day 1 ?

no cos at the end of the day cxy3 is useless after 2weeks as clen is pointless after 2 weeks cos of the receptor downgrade,thats why i suggest running each compound separately.
