so guys, im looking at taking my first cyle, nothing to heavy, so looking at taking dbol. what do you guys suggest on which testo to take with that, as well as pct? any suggestions and help woulb be greatly appreciated.

reading it now, wel i eat 50g oats and 3 eggs( need to add more eggs) then i eat 1 cup rice, 1 cup veg and either 200g of steak or chicken, then later, the same meal but with opp from first, like if i had steak earlier, then will have chicken, also have anabolic shakes in between meals, and then home cooked dinner, be it roast beef and potaotes with veg etc.

I take it you're bulking? Avoid having carbs before bed, rather have peanut butter and cottage cheese. You should only have carbs in your meals during breakfast (oats), pre-workout (rice and potatoes) and post workout (your anabolic shakes). In between these meals you have your protein (your meats) and veg, try to break it up into 6 total meals for the day

will try that, currently only having about 4 meals a day, will increase that to 6 from tommorow. i no that diet is an important role to building muscle. as well as good form in training. wil also start the max ot from moro, and see what happens, but little confused with the warm up. lets say my max in benching is 100kg's. what weight will i start at for warming up? little bit confused

start with 60kg for 12, move on to 70kg for 5, then do your working sets
