That's always a good idea but personally I think on a test only cycle its not crucial.Diego wrote: ok thanks!! will do that, although i have been reading that doing HCG on cycle is a good idea as it keeps the testes working, preventing them from shutdown.

BF: around 9-10%
Diet:
7 am: Large bowl of oats with Myofusion Protein shake (40 grams of protein)
9:20: two rice cakes with peanut butter
11:00 one can of tuna with mayo
12:40 100g of brown rice with chicken/beef
14:50 muscle marinade pre workout
train from 15:30-16:30
Postworkout : SSN crea mass, and 40 g of whey
17:00- three slices of toast with jam
20:00- beef,chicken and vegetables, if a heavy lifting day will eat small amount of brown rice
22:00- one scoop of myofusion protein
