I will be doing the beginners cycle which DJ posted up in the cycle section.
But instead of doing 500 mg of test a week, i will be doing 600 mg of test.
I will also add 50 mg of winstrol to the proviron. I just needed to know if i need to add HCG to the clomid and nolva since i am increasing the amount of test in the cycle?

It is never a bad idea to add HCG to your PCT. You're already putting strain on your body's hormone system so the more comprehensive your PCT can be the better.

Yes you still need Clomid and Nolva. I start using the HCG straight after my cycle up until the day that I start Nolva (Kessar)

ok thanks!! will do that, although i have been reading that doing HCG on cycle is a good idea as it keeps the testes working, preventing them from shutdown.

That's always a good idea but personally I think on a test only cycle its not crucial.

yep test and frontlaod with dbol.

I currently weigh 83kg
BF: around 9-10%
Diet:

7 am: Large bowl of oats with Myofusion Protein shake (40 grams of protein)

9:20: two rice cakes with peanut butter

11:00 one can of tuna with mayo

12:40 100g of brown rice with chicken/beef

14:50 muscle marinade pre workout

train from 15:30-16:30

Postworkout : SSN crea mass, and 40 g of whey

17:00- three slices of toast with jam

20:00- beef,chicken and vegetables, if a heavy lifting day will eat small amount of brown rice

22:00- one scoop of myofusion protein

I'm following DJ's newb cycle as well, the only change I've made tho' was to replace the Proviron with Winnie (orals), which I'll be starting next week. What I'd like to know is what is the best way to take it - spread the entire dosage through the day? 2 x 25mg spead? or what? thank you dankie.

you need to adjust this diet and add more calories from protein, drop the toast and jam,i need more protein dude, each of your meals should be protein,if you are having 300g of protein for example and u are having 6 meals a day,50g of protein should be in each of your 6meals,carbs in 3 of them and fats and veg in the other 3 meals, carbs should be at breakfast,pre work out and post work out.

thanks DJ, will definitely add in more protein!! Can you tell me the reason toast is not good as a post-workout. Its not the lowest GI and after training, not long after my waxy maize wouldn't toast with jam be alright medium to fast absorbed??

The waxy maize is already spiking your insulin post workout,you dont need the white bread and jam also.Waxy maize is a better simple carb than bread/jam and digests better.Have either,but not both.

Thats is probably 90% water mate ,just watch out for the stretch marks on your arms and keep some letro on hand you could get some bad gyno before you know it.This aspect of a first cycle is underlooked most of the time. Just take 3 dropsof the LP letro on the day that you inject (you should be injecting test 2 times per week for an effective amount blood plasma levels of the test and for bloody sake bro spend some cash and get some LP HCG it's cheap and it will drastically improve the amount of gains that you will keep when in PCT , most guys like me bugger up their first PCT (use just clomid and Nolva for 1 month and then feel shit and notice that we are loosing our gains) , don't make that same mistake bro use HCG.

Hope this helps bro, and remember that your pct is a very important part of your steroid use.

thanks a lot for the advice!! yeah i have been getting stretch marks on my arms!! have been using bio oil, hopefully this will help a bit. If i do get the letro, is proviron still needed? I have heard some pretty bad things about overdosing on letro which is making me a bit nervous on the exact dosage...will three drops twice a week on injection days be safe, and should i start now or wait a bit (am on week 2)? and should i still add proviron to that?
