Hi everyone

I'm starting my first cycle tomorow, as 'prescribed' by DJ.
Now this might be a stupid question: My plan was to inject mondays and thursdays.
Will it make a difference doing it Sunday and wednesday evenings, as it might not be
so easy doing it during office time.:P

No, its just to try keep the days the same amount apart so you are maintaining stable blood levels-you can inject anytime

I've just recently turned 38. Small built
Length - 170 cm
Weight - 67 kg.

I've weighed 60 odd kg's since school days. I'm naturaly fit
I've started gymming more seriously the last year and 4 months and now I'm ready
to go for some more serious muscle gains.

My goal is to be on 75 at the end of this cycle.:unsure:

Just wanna say thanks so far. I tipped the scale on 73.0 :woohoo: last night just before training and 73.4 after training with all the fluid intake. I will check my
body fat tonight. I think it has actualy gone down as the little piece of meat/fat around my abs has actualy thinned out a bit.
Feeling strong like an ox

Hey bud!

Well you started your cycle toward end of October and its 11 November now so barely 3 weeks in and you're up 6kg! Well done my man!

Granted, alot of it will be water right now but run a good ai and get your pct down to a tee and by the end of it you'll be looking tops!

Keep going and maybe hook us up with some before; midway through and after photos?

im sure they will inspire many guys on this forum!

Sorry guys - I've been off the web for a while. I'll try and get some before and after
pics to compare. I'm a been stuck on 75-76kg now the past two weeks, but I must
admit I haven't been eating as I should and my stomache has been feeling a bit shitty the last 3 days. Hopefully next week will show some gains again.

Think about it this way, you've put almost an extra ±8% of mass onto your frame so in my book that's really well done.

Just keep chipping away and you'll get there eventually!

Seem like I have broken through that 75-76kg barrier after changing my
supplements to the Evox range. Last night before gym I clocked in at 78,4kg. Yeah!

Just one question: I started taking Proviron this week. This is week 8 in my cycle.
My problem/question is. I'm going on leave today and will only be back in the gym on 3 Jan 2011. Do I carry on taking the Proviron and pinning the Test-cyp? I've still got 2 weeks left of Test-cyp?

How many ml? Finish it. You still have PCT left anyway and you dont really want to do PCT slap bang in the holiday do you?

when you say "you dont really want to do PCT slap bang in the holiday do you?"
And what about the Proviron, should I carry on with it ?

Well maybe not in the middle - but you are waiting for the test to clear. The Test levels are going down and with that you will feel the withdrawal etc.
Why sit around with 4ml Test?

yeah just what Jackrabbit says... use it up the extra 4ml of test cyp - you may even gain a few extra pounds seeing that the long esther in the cyp have recently found their feet...another 4 shots and you could possibly break 80kg..

keep on the proviron - it will hekp with recovery when you get off the test and wait for the cyp to clear before you jump onto PCT.

With you being out the gym is fine - i just did my first cycle a couple months back and found that a weeks break from gym did me more good than anything (while on cycle your body is in overdrive) - a full weeks rest is a welcomed opportunity for your body to recover and repair fully, making gains and maintaining those gains easier
