Firstly don't even waste your time taking the tren for 1 week.

Deca / Test will be perfect, I doubt that is enough deca also how do you expect any of us to know what mg/ml ratio is being used...

Pump is asking how much mg of Deca is in 1ml of the particular product you bought.

Yeah please speak mg not ml... We dont know what brand you're using and what the concentration is. The total ml is not important but the total mg is.

Also what are your previous cycles, how many? Age etc?

Ok bud first off if u are doing pct already then u need some time off, rule of thumb is time on +pct = time off, if you are looking to comepete next year first off try find the date of the show u want to do and work 16weeks back from there,u can put on some size and cut back at the same time, but from now untill 16weeks before your show your diet needs to be crucial!! Try keep that body fat % down at about 10-12% and cut back on any cardio and get some good clean food in,u can still pack on some good lean mass between now and when you decide to start cutting down for your show.

the side effect is no real recovery. If you cycle back to back with no time in between your natural hormone levels cannot return to normal and restore homeostasis. This will mean eventual recovery will be limited and can result in effects such as low test levels and low sperm couunt/infertility.
Your organs also take strain during steroid cycles and no resr period means they are under continual stress, resulting in irreparable organ damage.

thanks for a knowledge was many guys dont tell u that .. i was on for 10 weeks and pct'ing for 3 weeks so in total my return to the gear is 13 weeks all together .. i have read articles that people like arnold never cycled as they didnt have the knowledge or the pct drugs .. is this a rumor or fact ?? surely going on gear non stop will make u shut down beyond a point of return ?? and when u waiting for ur next cycle is it possible to add mass so called naturally ?? i find i struggle to train as hard and as heavy ... how do u manage to keep ur gains and big a better platform for ur next course ? Also what are ur guys thoughts on DHEA ??? i have heard its good and done the research on it but i was wondering if anyone hand first hand experience with it ??? thanks once again for the insight and knowledge

Hey bud - welcome to the forum.

Look - Im not tryna be a smart ass, but Im a bit confused by your posts.

You say that you've run 4 or 5 cycles already (which in my book puts you beyond the "novice" bodybuilder notch) yet you ask questions like "how long do you have to stay off before starting a new cycle" or "what the side effects are should you choose to begin a new cycle before fully recovering"

These are questions that Im sure the most wet-behind-the-ears newbs (let alone a 5 cycle BBer) would know?

You dont seem to have done much research on AAS?

#just sayin...

no i understand where u coming from and i appreciate ur opinion on the matter ... think is i have been told many different stories from Pro body builders ... some saying take 3 weeks off after pct and like u guys say duration on + pct is the recovery time .. i look at the Pro's and veteran and may be im gullable but i look at the shape they in or where in and i say to my self how can they be wrong . Trust me when i say i have done the research im just trying to find a clear cut answer as there are too many people contridicting one another where i am. Here everyone things they a doctor or might tell u another thing . I ask my questions to u guys cause he have the knowledge i have no doubt about that im just looking for i un biased opinion for some one who knows his gear. Im looking to better my body and hope to comp properly one day so im in it to win it. Im just need guys with more expereince to point in the direction of the do's and donts. I appreciate ur comments fully and i do totally agree they not the " sharpest questions i have ever asked," but im looking for a collective decision from the members in this forum so i can follow and practise it.

remember this, those pro's who are using back to back may be in great shape, but this doesnt mean they are healthy. Many of the top dogs in this sport have health issues due to long term steroid use

Pro BB'ers gave you advice like that? I find this worying!

Im a novice but here goes the best advice for free:

Stop listening to any of the "pros" that gave you advice like that. By the sound of things they wont be around long anyway. Pay DJ a retainer fee and let him put together a competition regime for you. Will be the best money spend and the most progress for you - Gaurenteed!!

Good luck bud! The sport you chose is demanding and requires amazing self disciplen. Hang in there

thanks for the info and im very keen on that idea ... Thing is i live in Zim and the knowledge here is worse than a kick in the pants .. I have spoken to veterans who have won Mr SA back in the day and guys who have won there weight catergories in Comp's In south where u guys are and its terrible what they believe in ... How would i go about pay DJ a retainer fee as im starting to believe this is the only way forward. I have seen the guys DJ as worked with and i have majour respect for him and the athletes he mentored. I need the leading edge in the game so i can excel here and take it further ...

I know this is totally off topic but what are ur guys personal thoughts and expereince on insulin usage ??

bro to be honest dont play with insulin, there are so many dangers and not enough returns to be honest,i mean u can go into a coma or become insulin dependant diabetic or for 2-3kgs of muscle mass? i think its a stupid idea,u can do so much more with gear and diet to be 100% honest, u can get hold of me via the contact us button at the top of the page bro...

Insulin is a no-no i think there is only one guy on the forum gearedup that uses insulin but he grew up with family that are insulin dependent so he knows all risks involved. It is such a schlep monitoring yourself every minute of the day, if it was me using i would be the guy in the coma
