advice needed

hi guys! i am new here and registered on recomendation from a friend in the gym. Brett if you reading this howsit!!!

anyway i have been training on and off for the past 8 years. i have used the gear in the past, but the spaces between them have been around 1year. i just joined the gym again after 7 months and my last cycle was d-bol and test-e with clomid pct.

i am now keen on going on another cycle. i am 30years old, 77 kg, 1.7 tall. my body fat is around 18%. i want to get to 85kg lean. maybe around 08% bodyfat and i will be happy. i have 20ml tes-e 300mg and 10 ml deca 300mg (both silik labs) i also have about 60 d-bol tabs 5mg each. i intend getting some hcg, clomid and proviron. heres how i intend running:

300mg deca per week
600mg test-e per week
start hcg around week week 7 and continue for 2 weeks after last shot of deca
start clomid 3 weeks after last shot of deca
run proviron during the 10 week cycle to prevent gyno and any other nasty stuff.

this cycle may seem doff to you guys but its an idea i am playing with. let me if i really need all the pct or do i need to add to it. remember i already have the juice. planning on starting in January 2011. in the mean time i am getting my eating plan clean and workout routine sorted. i also plan on supplementing with of the shelf stuff like creatine and 19 nor till january.

just follow DJ's what a first cycle should look like. Thats what you need nothing else and don't use deca on your first cycle that will limit your potential gains. Oh and another thing stick with PGW AND LP it's cheap and it's quality.I love the stuff.Follow this pct aswell.

Dude - is proviron the only thing you're planning on using for estro sides? You're taking a gamble there imo. If you're not keen on adex or letro AT LEAST run a serm throughout?
I would still say get some letro just in case.

I assume you're going to be front loading with your d-bol, which is going to put water on you - running a mild ai will help control that.

Any specific reason why you're only running clomid in your pct?

OP you should run letro instead of proviron if you're looking for an anti-e, the proviron wont save you from gyno. Try losing some fat first, get around 12% BF then cycle, as currently with your expectations you'll be very disappointed by the results

Add nolvadex as part of your pct and that should be a decent cycle

Do Doctari's PCT with the 19nor - dont be daft. See the sticky in the PCT section.

10 weeks is short for Deca in my opinion and the Deca dose on the lighter side.

Anciliaries are not needed for the mild dosages. Keep it on hand but dont chuck more than is needed down your throat.

howsit guys....there is no specific reason i am only using clomid i just decided that since my cycle is not that hardcore it may be better to keep things to the minimal. do you think i should add something else for pct togethe with clomid, what about the proviron, should i usae lectra or something with it.

i havent started the cycle yet, doing all the research i can first.

my last cycle was test-e and d-bol, no sides noticed i ran it for 8 weeks at 300mg per week, make decent gains that was noticeable in the third week. only used clomid as pct. for this cycle i want to add deca as i am now going to take 600mg test per week and wanted to make the cycle a ,ittle harder with the deca.
